Needed a simple fill and recolor. She tried to paint the nails without filling so you can actually see the grow out between the nail and acrylic. Then she got irritated when I asked to fix it. Someone else did the fill and said the other toe nails were uneven and would fix it. Toe nails cut so short to the point they were unable to file them anymore, my big toe cuticles actually look chewed up and it stings all over my big toes. I made an appointment for two pedicures at 11am for me and my mom. When we arrived, we were both seated, and my pedicure began promptly. However, my mom's service did not start until 11:45. After only a few minutes, her technician walked away and didn't return until around noon. At no point did anyone acknowledge or apologize for the significant delay. By then, we were frustrated, and my mom decided she no longer wanted to proceed with the service. When we informed the staff, they attempted to charge her $25 for a service she never actually received (a regular pedicure costs $35). I refused, and after some pushback, they agreed to remove the charge. They then charged me over $50 for my pedicure (after stating it would be $40). I did not realize until afterwards and did not bother addressing the overcharge. The lack of communication, poor time management, and attempt to charge (and overcharge) for a service made for a very disappointing experience. read more

I'm pretty conflicted about this place. We were there for almost 2 hours for 2 pedicures, which is ridiculous when we have an appointment. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment time. They have an iPad to sign in on, but no one really greeted us when we walked in. We took a seat and waited. I noticed that there was a lady sitting in a pedicure chair who was no being helped. She looked really annoyed when we got told to sit in 2 other chairs across the space from her. We waited a little bit longer until someone started on my husband's feet. We both got the essential pedicure ($35) with paraffin dip ($5 and up). He was basically done before someone even started helping me. The lady who was sat before us, was still not being helped. A few people came in and were turned away because it was going to be 1+ hour for them to be able to be helped. I was finally helped and the pedicure was okay. I ended up getting a callus treatment and told it was $5 for that. They should have started working on me first since I would need to wait for polish to dry before we could leave. My husband was just sitting there waiting for my toes to dry. For $92, I would expect a little bit more than what we got. The essential pedicure was pretty pricey for what you get. It's really basic. We usually go to a different place that is $40 and includes the paraffin wax and callus removal. The vibe of this place felt like a club. There was a huge stereo with different colored lights along the ceiling. The music felt like club music. It is a very interesting spot. This place is really close to home, so it's convenient, but I think I would rather go further away and pay less over all. read more

I called about an hour before closing because my usual nail salon was too busy. The woman who answered the phone, Helen, was so kind and told me she could still fit me in. I rushed over and got a French full set. Helen took the time to show me how uneven my nails were (the work that I had gotten done at my previous nail salon. )and carefully fixed them. I love how they turned out! She did exactly what I wanted and even offered to make them a bit thicker--now they feel stronger than ever. And to top it off, the price was even better than what I usually pay. Helen was incredibly friendly and stayed past closing just to finish my nails. Went in on 6/19.. I went off of the reviews and requested Helen for both mani and pedi. When calling, I was told it was fine and she can do both but when I got there, I was offered to have my feet done by someone else. I declined and said I can come back another day for my feet but Helen kept insisting bc she was still with a client so I budged and got my pedi done by someone else. Review on my feet- I didn't get her name but I won't be going back. Some of the toenails were cut slanted Review on hands- I was disappointed. Helen told me that black will make a mess but I can clean it off. I've had black nails before, 2 different times by my original nail tech from a different salon and was never disappointed.
