One of my all-time favorite stores in all of New York. First came here to buy some cards and ornaments and just kept coming back for more! It's where I bought all of my gifts, cards, and any new home good I need. A lot of the store is either hand made, vintage, or a wonderful "found" item, so each object feels unique and personal. Everything is just so, so beautiful! Plus, every time I come, I always receive phenomenal customer service. Sad when I moved out of NY since I wouldn't have this shop nearby, but it's a good thing there's an online store. Definitely coming back the next time I find myself on the east coasts

This place is so adorable! It has such a bright energy and calming aesthetic. Clark was also so nice and friendly, it's great talking to him when I come into the shop. There are so many little treasures here. They carry things like one of a kind vintage clothing, home decor, crystals, incense, candles/other home scent things, journals, spiritual cleansing items, etc. I'm on my last palo santo incense and they are closed due to the quarantine. Thank the heavens for online shopping!!

SO happy to have such a wonderful little shop in Hell's Kitchen. Every piece is beautiful and unique and the lovely owner explained many of the items and the artists who created them to us. I purchased a hand made bowl that I thought would make the perfect pot for a plant, along with some amazing incense I'm thrilled I found. This shop is great for one of a kind gifts. Welcome to the neighborhood and I will definitely be back soon!

This place is amazing. It's like I stepped into a dream. Take allllll my money!!!!!!!

Beautifully curated artisanal products. Tightly edited vintage selection. An awesome addition to the neighborhood! Welcome to Hell's Kitchen!

I used to come here all the time when I lived in NY. Now I stop by whenever I'm in town. This shop carries so many beautiful hand-made things made by artists around the world. Clark has in-depth knowledge about everything in the store so be sure to ask him about who made the piece or where it's from! This is a great place to buy friends and family gifts for all occasions.

My profile account at Studio Manhattan indicates they have been paid but shows my order is unfulfilled. Their website appears to be up and running so buyer beware. Everything is just so well curated, this is one of the best places to find a gift for someone when you don't know what you're looking for. Some of my favorite things to pick up here: Tiger Balm, lanterns, fans, incense sticks, tea sets, slippers. It's also still family owned and has been in operation for 55 years now (since 1971!). Over all, i like this place, feels like it instantly transports me to China with out leaving NYc.

The way in which she followed around my husband and I was absolutely comedic. A spacious and open store with us and one other shopper, and a mere 4 feet of space between the French woman and us. Staring us as we delighted in the first few minutes of discovering items in the store. After about 10 minutes it was still ongoing. She was on our balls the whole time. What a strange and weird woman, I thought. I turned to her, because she was right there anyway, and said "It's not like we're going to steal anything." Mind you, we were dressed nicely, and very respectful of the items, and even purchased something. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted him to have anything he wanted. After I confronted her bizarre behavior, she looked aghast and said she was just there to "help." Please. She was there scrutinizing our every move under the guise of trying to be helpful. She walked away, came back, and told me, "what a weird thing to say." No ma'am. You're the weird one for following us closely with very little space for our entire shopping experience. Like, are you having a bad day or is this just your personality? Anyways, we purchased our item and I smiled and said thank you and she gave me a stink face as I walked away. Funnily enough we were laughing about it later on with another local shop owner and he IMMEDIATELY knew which store and woman we were talking about. His service was exceptional but yeah, this is an ongoing theme at Clic! As soon as I red the other reviews later on I felt SO. VALIDATED. Will be keeping this erratic woman in my thoughts and hopes she is well and finds joy in life and is able to heal from the shackles of racism.

I particularly love their home goods related to dinner parties (cocktail classes, placemats, everything you need to host the coolest dinner). It's small but has some great stuff.
