Terrible customer service and rude male staff. * Maybe he is the boss ??? Whatever ... suck!!! Today I went there to get some post card for my friends who just arrived in NYC. I walked in and a male staff saw me, nope nope he just show me a face that he will not want to serve me ??? I ask him how much is the bag... He asked me "do you want to buy it ???" Huh??? (What am I there for???) I told him... I actually want it But not now anyway Then a few Asian went in and the male staff remain the same attitude --- so rude I thought it was his original character... Oh NO he talked to anyone in WHITE LIKE HIMSELF VERY VERY NICE and very very POLITE !!! Nope nope I am not buying anything from him though I like the items very much... I told him off I will never buy anything because he dun wan me to lol!!! It just to make a point of their rude and unprofessional service... and he is going to lose more customer not because I wrote bad thing here in YELP !!! It is a matter of time if he keep carry on his stupid racism attitude Would never come back to this store again. Not recommended at all and will complain to the mother company about his service. read more

Really liked this place and have bought several things in person and online. I placed an order in December for some money clips, account debited but now nothing. My profile account at Studio Manhattan indicates they have been paid but shows my order is unfulfilled. Their website appears to be up and running so buyer beware. Phone number in this Yelp page isn't working, their web page is void of a phone number, and an email to their customer support bounced back. I will take this review down if I (somehow) get a positive response. Next stop will be BBB and Google reviews. read more

My friends and I came here for the first time the other day because we had heard about the cute accessories. We were followed around every inch of the store like we were criminals. Even as we looked through the items in the back room we were followed and watched closely over our shoulders. We loved the items but felt so unwelcome because of the two ladies working. We saw them talking about us constantly too which didn't help the hostile environment. 3/4 girls in my group made purchases and yet we all left feeling unwelcome and agreed that we won't be returning. read more

Cute store with fun although, overpriced stuff. I was interested in a pin they had for sale but the girl working had no idea how much it was. After 10 minutes, she texted someone to inquire and no one responded. I left annoyed and empty handed. What a pathetic reason to loose a sale. This place is amazing. I could have bought just about everything in this store if I was feeling rich! Instead, I bought a small clutch that converts into a cross body bag and a couple of wall art pieces. My hubby bought a belt with the UK flag all over it. The manager that helped him size that belt was super patient and had a great sense of humor. He was willing to cut a belt over and over to help my hubby get exactly the right fit. I will absolutely be back to check out new designs the next time I'm in NYC. read more

Their items in the store are very nice and they have a variety of choices to choose from. However, there were these two male workers who were really condescending. My friends brought drinks inside and they said to be careful which is understandable, but then they start speaking in a different language to each other and kept giving dirty looks. Then when i went to pay for my items, i was trying to count my coins for change but i was a little slow in counting them and they said that shouldn't i know the coin system well? I was amazed by the products, but unfortunately the manager was such a rude person, with hateful speechs and basically not prepared to work with public in general. You can buy similar products in other places. With that treatment, the store probably will close its doors soon. read more
