Starbucks line was too long so thought I'd give Novo Coffee at DIA- B gates a try since the employee who sold me the bottled water at 5:20am was so kind. This location is near gates B39. The line moves quickly and drinks are prepared pretty fast. Perhaps because there's no latte art. THE TASTE:...wait for it...sipping now....I purchased a small, hot, Oatmilk vanilla latte and I'll have to rate it by category: 1) TEMPERATURE: nice and hot but not extra hot 2) SWEETNESS: the vanilla syrup is present, good, with no unpleasant aftertaste. 3) FLAVOR: the latte itself tastes fresh and well balanced. 4) THE COFFEE: it's ok. (Remember, I've done coffee in Italy so my bar is astronomical.) 5) THE AROMA: fair Rating: 3 - very friendly staff, quick prep of the coffee and good temperature on the coffee, but the flavor of the actual coffee and choice of syrup is just a few steps above McDonalds. So if you love McDonalds coffee, and are not a VERY TRUE ESPRESSO consumer, then you'll be fine here. Again- they have great employees. read more

Grabbed a coffee here in Terminal A during a layover. It was fine. Nothing awful, nothing exciting. The coffee definitely did its job and kept me going, but it had that slightly over-roasted, borderline burnt flavor. Not undrinkable, just not something I'd crave. Service was fast, which honestly matters most when you're navigating an airport and watching the clock. Nice and clean modern vibe with an easy to navigate line. Overall, it's a convenient, middle-of-the-road airport coffee stop. It works in a pinch, but I'm still searching for the standout coffee spot at DEN. read more

Greeted very warmly by the staff here this morning. That's saying something at a busy airport cafe. Ordered a 16 oz. Adequate coffee shop at Denver airport terminal A. I stopped by for a matcha latte and food on my way back home yesterday. Ordering was easy, and the staff was working hard to make the orders quickly for the morning rush. Unfortunately, my matcha latte was mediocre and the quiche I ordered was tasty but not filling enough. Will go to chain coffee shop next time (they have Peet's and Caribou but not a Starbucks in terminal A). read more

The server at the front was friendly and we had a nice chat. The pastries and cookies are huge. Size of my face. I'll need to try them soon. The service on the back end was a little iffy. Seemed to be training but they forgot her drink. Luckily one of the servers noticed us and asked what we were waiting for. That would not have been good because she is very particular. Friendly service with some delicious burrito menu items. A surprise to me. They have some nice baked goods and delicious, huge baked cookies you can easily get and take for later on the plane. I had a small breakfast here the other day as I had to go through the Denver Airport to get to Omaha. The service by Q at the front counter was great. She was courteous with a helpful smile! This place was clean and appeared well stocked. I ordered a caramel 16 oz hot Latté and a banana nut muffin. Drink and pastry both great flavors! This was a quick and easy order and walk away to my gate. By the way, this place is in Terminal A by Gate A39. A definite recommend and will revisit in the future! read more

The bacon burrito probably would have tasted good if it wasn't cold :( and not like room temp it was actually still refrigerator temp. Leaving a review here because I was shocked at the three stars! It makes me wonder if any airport eatery has been able to attain five star status... Denver International, thank you for being the first airport to offer coffee that I would drink in my day-to-day. I'm sick of only having Peets and Starbucks as options on travel days - so burnt and gross. Quality of beans / flavor of coffee at Novo seemed to be consistent with locally roasted shops we frequent in SoCal. Also a place I'd probably suggest my other half tries as someone who only opts into espresso--I would def trust it here (tho I will say that was NOT my order and strictly based on flavors of my latte). Novo has figured out that you're now a captive audience. When you're charging $4.25 for a 12 ounce drip coffee, you're hooked. Yes, their costs are a little higher - they are in the secure area so their employees need deeper background checks, they can't restock during busy times, they can't have certain tools - but wow, that's a thing. It is very rare for me to give such a bad review, but Novo really earned it. The first two things that I asked for were sold out, and the third was impressively boring and bland. No 2% milk and no soy milk! Only options are whole milk, almond, oat and non-fat. I don't care for any of these milks very much so my latte with non-fat was not very appealing. Novo has the best coffee in the airport by far. I like a creamy and delicious espresso. All the other coffee places use over roasted beans. Novo hits the mark. The folks that work there are delightful and full of great energy. Leave a big tip and have some great coffee! read more

I have been deployed to multiple third world countries. I thought the worst coffee I ever had was in some village in Bosnia. I was wrong. Novo coffee in the A com course of DIA is now the worst (and at $8.10 for 16oz cup the most expensive) I have ever had... anywhere in the world. I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte. There was no vanilla flavor, I think they only did one espresso shot and it was lukewarm at best. Avoid this place if you ever fly thru Denver. read more
