She explained that PicoSure has different settings and started with the medium mode to see how my skin would react -- I really appreciated her cautious and thoughtful approach. The treatment was quick and surprisingly comfortable thanks to the cooling air hose. My skin looked brighter right away, not darker like with other lasers. Afterward, the staff applied a sheet mask and chilled gel masks, which calmed my skin beautifully. By the time I got home, the redness was almost gone! Helen gave detailed aftercare instructions . So I feel that they lack experience The receptionist Farah is very rude :( I was nervous to go there and she made the experience worse. Also she's somehow responsible to give the pricing to patients and puts an awful front. They essentially wasted two people's time by lying and disrespecting their clients. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It's horrendous.
