The team arrived on time, were friendly and patient. Our building has a lot of rules and regulations. Jenny quickly complied with the building requests for insurance information. Got mostly recordings/voicemail. Left messages and texts. 2am: Called LA/OC Window Repair and Dave answered. First live person to pick up. Texted him address and he told me he will come within the hour. 3am: Dave shows up as promised. He said he will board the door for free if he doesn't have our size glass in stock. However, he managed to install the right glass for our door. His assistant was sweeping the floor to clean up broken glass. 4am: Door is fixed.. Glass properly installed for $950. Dave gave me a receipt for insurance claims. I could finally go to sleep knowing my store is secure. THANK YOU Dave for coming to the rescue!

The lines were all clean and crisp. Your team went above and beyond.
