Our experience was filled with the clanking of dishes, haste, theatrics of stacking wasabi, ginger, and edamame all the way up a servers arm. Though his efforts of balancing these dishes could be seen in his eyes as talent, they emitted nothing but idiocy. The noise of customer chatter is one thing but stomping, running (frequently), and yelling by the waitstaff is simply obnoxious. Although our meal met our standards of what we expected from a Nozawa restaurant, the staff needs a stern reminder that dining experiences begin and end with the person curating that experience. Our food was delicious, but the atmosphere of the restaurant resulted in us grabbing our check and departing before our last course made it to the table.
