The estimates we were quoted for both the drywall finishing and plumber were off by half adding around $1000 to the job. About a week after the job was finished, the grout in the til started cracking. He came out to repair it. 3 weeks later, the cracking continues and a tile popped free. We consulted with a tile installer who informed us that the job was completed without an underlayment, so the tile would have to be completely removed and reinstalled, for the cost of $1000. When reached out to the contractor again with no response.

Tom (Tomasz) is truly exceptional at what he does; he's meticulous, skilled, and trustworthy…read more We had a major issue after another contractor attempted to raise three door headers (two French doors and one bi-fold), which required removing and rebuilding drywall. The previous work was a disaster: crooked walls with up to 1/2" deviation, uneven drywall joints and bumps, massive gaps, badly seated doors, trim installed incorrectly, and doors aligned to the uneven floors instead of set at 90 degrees. We genuinely thought the whole project was unfixable. From the moment Tomasz walked in to give a quote, he immediately understood what needed to be redone, unlike others who seemed unsure. He rebuilt our walls properly, fixed the corners, re-drywalled everything cleanly, recut and reinstalled the trim, rehung all the doors correctly, and even custom-cut one door to create a perfectly even gap despite our uneven floors. His attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship are outstanding. We would recommend Tom again and again. If you need someone who truly knows construction and takes pride in their work, he's the person to call.

He's also been able to help us come up with solutions for things that I didn't know how to fix like our windows not latching properly and a window actually blew in our house and he came up with a fix for it. Do not use this company! I made the horrible mistake of…read morehiring Incredible Builders to do an update on my home. If you want something done right the first time, DO NOT USE IBI! They designed a kitchen remodel from a blank slate (completely gutted) that could not fit a standard sized refrigerator. They didn't realize this until the kitchen was done. Brand new cabinets had to be pulled and replaced so that we could have a fridge. They installed tile in three areas (kitchen backsplash, sunroom floor, powder room floor). All three areas had to be fixed or redone. The backsplash had to be completely ripped out and redone because the spacing was off and the grout was uneven (completely missing in areas). The installer blamed the tile, but after they brought their "best" installer, there were no issues. The 225 sq ft sunroom had tiles that needed to be replaced due to uneven spacing and the grout had to be stained because it was applied incorrectly making it the wrong color. Finally, the powder room had spacing and grout issues which looked like a first time DIYer botched the job. It was "fixed" by the installer, but still looked awful. IBI gave us a partial credit and I had to hire someone else to rip out the entire floor and completely replace it. Additionally, they subcontracted almost all of the work that was done anyway (what they did themselves was unprofessional and poor quality as well - kitchen design and cabinetry). Save yourself a major headache and hire someone who can get the job done right the first time. Response to the owner: Not everything was resolved. This was just one example of the nightmare of an experience we had with your company (see additional reviews on Google and Facebook). Plus, we had to hire and pay someone else to fix your work.
