Because they were quick, on-time and did exactly what we hoped they'd do…read more --- --- --- I had seen G4 mentioned on my neighborhood's Facebook page, but was actually using a different electrician for a smaller job. When I told him that I'd soon be needing a couple of lights and a ceiling foot hung on 20 foot ceilings, he immediately recommended G4. Fast forward about a month and my lights came in unexpectedly early. I contacted Todd at G4 and he was able to come by a few days later. They had 16 foot ladders, which prevented them from having to use scaffolding and made things a lot easier. And lastly, after they left, I discovered that there was a wiring issue because the fan that they installed had a remote that was not working properly. I let Todd know and he brought his guys back a couple of days later to fix it. I'm still amazed at how many people in this industry can be so unreliable and continue to get work, which is why I appreciate a company like G4 so much more. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would and were awesome to work with. I don't expect to have too many more issues where I'd need G4 in the future, but if I do, I will happy to use them again.

had two ceiling fans installed and a few recessed lights added in the living room. the electrician…read moredid a great job, the fans are balanced and quiet and the recessed lights are evenly spaced and on a dimmer. he was careful cutting into the ceiling and cleaned up the drywall dust. wiring was neat and everything was tested before he left. took most of the day for all of it. good value for the amount of work. professional and tidy. took a bit longer than the estimate but the results were worth it. happy with how it all turned out.

Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2…read morelocations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine - afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem - the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said "We didn't fix it you don't pay" Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line.
