It has been over 8 months! The line is still exposed despite calling numerous times (at least 3 times a month). Mowing the yard is a pain! I am about to cancel service. I should not have to pay until this line is buried and buried well! This is terrible customer service even if this is something that is being outsourced to a third party! Hire a better contractor!

CC does not want to spend any funds to update their infrastructure in our area. They then raised our final billing 3x the previous rate. Had to pay the increase to Port our current numbers to our next carrier. Talk about kicking you as you go out the door. What a horrible company. They do not care about their customers at all. Even though he cancelled my first appointment and used a clearly false excuse, he ended up rescheduling and making it out to complete the job (was very late though). We were content with his work and asked him to come back for another job which he was also late for. This time he was installing a floating entertainment center for us which he did a poor job on but we didnt realize how bad it was until after we already paid him and he left. We asked for him to come back and alter it (we even offered to pay for the inconvenience) and he gave us a new appointment for FRI 12/18. Once that day arrived, he text us saying he would be late and we said that is no problem. Then once we got closer to our new appointment time, he text again saying he would be late again. So we then rescheduled for today TUE 12/22 at noon and even received a text confirmation. It is now 2:45PM and we have been trying to reach Jason all day. He has not replied to our messages or returned any of our phone calls. Do not use this miserable excuse of a business. And maybe it's because I don't expect a lot, but I've has Comcast internet and cable for five years and have been pleased. Wait times, in person here and on the phone, have been fine. Most everyone is friendly. The rare technical issue is fixed quickly, to my satisfaction, but friendly IT staff with plenty or apologies and some free HBO. Prices are high, but that's all cable companies. As far as cable goes, I've been happy with Comcast over the years.

Spectrum won't give an email address for a paper trail to prove I canceled service. Now today I get a THREATENING LETTER & bill for June and July. DO NOT USE SPECTRUM--- they will NOT allow you to stop service EVER... not even when you DIE!!! Marcus W. helped me and took care of my Spectrum needs with knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and excellent customer service as he went above and beyond for me in his efforts to resolve the situation. All the while, there were a few loud unnecessarily angry customers walking into the store that him and the team handled calmly and with patience. Marcus remained calm, kind, and efficient the entire time and I just really appreciated him today in the midst of the chaos of a big move, divorce and everything else going on in my life. The problem with Everest is the cable functionality. Everything from the Guide to DVR menu looks cheap and only has basic functionality. The DVR doesn't actually record shows that it should be recording. So we frequently were missing episodes of such great shows as "The Soup" and "My Fair Brady". We'll eventually switch back to Everest when we get mad at Time Warner's service again (we're close). But, Everest just gives us a whole new set of problems. Although they have better HD service than Time Warner.
