Of course I did not say hey, set in the middle of the room! It came in from a side closet from outside and mounted up in the walk-in closet in the air. What more could you ask for? The speeds are faster than advertised and they consistently work. I live in blue Springs, Missouri and Troy was my tech. He was curious to know why I moved here from California got to know me a little bit and we had a good conversation. I got to know him a little bit about his family he was very open and have a great customer service skills. Nothing but positive things to say about Troy and I hope he's my tech in the future to take care of us and thats if we have any issues. Which I hope we don't... Ha ha ha And I'm actually writing this review now because the AT&T Internet plastic covering that in the grass was shattered and it's been that way for quite some time. We live in a new development so I thought I'd wait until things are finished so I can ask for someone to come replace it. One of our neighbors was getting some work done so I want talk to the guy. His name is George. Helpful man... He came over write up a ticket and he informed me as I was leaving I put in a ticket and he doesn't know the turnaround time but when I get done, it'll be sooner than later I thought great! So far nothing but positive experiences with this company! With their Internet Not their wireless service because that is a whole nother problem. Ha ha ha stay away from AT&T wireless! It would take days for a support technician to come out and fix whatever issue my router, etc. and the wifi and buffering never got better. That's what I decided to stop using Spectrum even though my brother has worked there for over 4 years. They allow their employees to have free wifi and other services. Which leads me to my 0 star. My brother is a disabled veteran, and for the past 6 months has struggled with mental illnering this time frame he had to use up all his vacation/personal time, which led to retaliation from his employers. NOTE: This facility has no Human Resource department. Two months ago, he was unable to go into the office due to health issues and got a note from the Veteran's office here in the metro. They then finally supplied him with the equipment to work from home. About two weeks later he was called into a netting and was suspended without pay. With inflation, poverty rising day by day, rent costs sky rocketing, and Charter/Spectrum Communications of Kansas City decided to suspend a disable veteran because he got Veteran Affairs involved because they were retaliating against his use of FMLA and PTO, which is illegal coming from a BSBA with a minor in Business Law. Do NOT work here. This company looks at their employees as numbers, other than human beings.

To resolve that I discontinued my cable TV since it is unknown if the house will be occupied in the future or sold. There is no prorating the bill, I have to pay for the entire billing period. Next thing I know I receive a bill for three pieces of leased equipment I did not install, but apparently it is my responsibility to remove the equipment. Wish they would have I informed me on the call. They did not volunteer to send me a box or return shipping label; I had to ask. Then I learn if I want to retain phone service I need to keep the modem and return only two pieces of equipment. It became apparent to me, and I verified, they not only disconnected my Cable TV, but also my phone service. We got the phone service reinstated and I disconnected the router and cable TV box. Their name may have changed to Spectrum, but their service is still on par with Time Warner.

He was very professional, kind, communicative, hard working, knowledgeable, and did a great job on the hardwiring. He always kept me up to date with the progress and discussed any road blocks he came across, always gave me options for alternative solutions, gave me honest recommendations, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with his work. As an out of state investor, he gave me peace of mind to be able to monitor my investment from afar. Will be using him again for future properties and possibly my primary. Highly recommend!
