I ended up discovering it myself once we got home. Additionally, some of the front desk staff showed a complete lack of empathy and did not take concerned pet parents seriously. I witnessed one woman bring in her dog--she was clearly distressed and spoke English as a second language--and the front desk employee made no effort to treat her or her pet with kindness. The interaction was dismissive and lacked basic compassion. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend going to a different MedVet location. The front desk staff here seem overwhelmed and in need of a break, and unfortunately, it shows in the level of care and compassion provided.

My aunt ended up dying the night before our meeting so I pushed the date back 2 days. He was supposed to call us with a time to meet but never did. We called that morning, being very pressed for time being that our car insurance was expiring that same day. He didnt pick up, nor did he call us back. All of my research gone...all of the time I took trying to find the perfect insurance and perfect agent...gone. He called us back 2 days later claiming we were supposed to call him and he had such an attitude like it was our fault he lost the sale! What nerve!!
