No attention to detail, unfortunately. It is so difficult to find a cleaning service that is really good at their job - not just anyone can clean correctly, with the correct products. After they left, I spent at least 2 more hours re-doing stuff that they missed and lacked detail. The kitchen didn't have the stove cleaned- there's oven cleaner that takes off that buildup. The outside of the dishwasher or outside of refrigerator wasn't wiped at all. The granite in the butler's pantry not even touched for a wipe down. The sink not cleaned at all. The floor was not mopped adequately- even though I provided a Hoover wet vac cleaner- she chose not to use it because it would take too much time but instead used a dirty mop that just moved the dirt around. Super disappointed that there was no pride in doing good work. Nothing was put back in its original spot. Even the cleaner was shoved back in the closet with cord unraveled and pushed against my coats. I would love to find someone that does a great job that I can hire for a regular service that I don't have to be on-site for - let me know if you have any recommendations. read more

Very dissatisfied. 1. They came late and assumed I booked for 2 hours. they hurried through cleaning and left most things uncleaned. 2. She promised to clean everything in 3 hours but started refusing to clean inside dish washer, kitchen windows etc. even when I complained about it, 2 of the cleaners half the job and left me completely dissatisfied. 3. I had to show them every possible corner of doors that were left uncleaNed. for ex: If I show them the right corner, they wait for my instructions to clean the left corner. Once they left I noticed so many areas that were left untouched. The shower trim was as dirty as it was when they arrived. one of 3 workers was doing her job diligently while the other two just came to take instructions on every small thing and do a very dissatisfied job. I found Super Maids thru the Yelp Projects function, and they responded quickly! - Cleaning Cleaning is thorough; my request is focused on bathrooms, kitchen, and floors in my 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen cleaning includes microwave but does not include oven. - Post Cleaning Not all items are put back where they originally are (i.e. putting appliances back (like AirFryer) or trash cans back where they belong). I'm not uber picky about that. I can use a few minutes to straighten up the apartment post cleaning and gives me time to look around and make sure everything is actually clean! - Payment is easy. I use Zelle to pay. For me, I just have to stay on top of managing them (i.e. making next appointment date and confirming appointment a day or two ahead of time). It's a scam. They come in a car with a sign on it as Green maids or something even though I ordered the service from Super Maids. They use bleach on everything and ruined my chair upholstery. Broke part on my coffee machine. Tried to bring it up to them but they won't respond back. They ask for cash payment. They a couple different phone number. The main person is on the phone constantly while working and doesn't pay attention to what she is doing. The boy has headphones the entire time and does barely any cleaning. The only good cleaner of the 3 is the young girl. read more

I contacted this company for a Deep Cleaning of an empty 1 bedroom 700 sqft. condominium. I was getting ready for a showing. The bathtub was just refinished so I told them that it does not need to be cleaned. The carpet was completely brand new so just a little vacuuming. The focus was mainly on the kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, bathroom sink, cabinets, windows and baseboards. To say I was disappointed is a complete understatement. Inside of the fridge was cleaned but did not clean the top or outside. The stove and oven was NOT touch. There were still crumbs on the sink. Wet towels was use on the windows but was not dried so there were water marks left. Outside and top of fridge was not cleaned. There were toilet paper lints all over the bathroom mirrors. I am assuming that they used my toilet papers to clean them since the whole roll of toilet paper was missing. The cleaners just left and was already in there car when they said they were done so I couldn't check while they were there. I contacted this company within 20 minutes when I realized they did not clean with proof of pictures but they did not bother to respond. I really feel that I've been scammed. read more

I chose this one because it's cheaper but it turned out that we should give a second thought when the price is below the average. The communication was good. I requested delay for twice and they were reachable, but they were late for cleaning. They should work on the quality of the service. I requested deep cleaning but they rushed to finish the cleaning and therefore some areas were not deeply cleaned. They threw away items that are still in use without checking with me. Overall the job was completed. The communication was not good at all and they were not on time. They said it was due to a scheduling conflict, this caused many issues for my husband and I as we had to be out of our unit by a certain time. I also confirmed the top priority jobs I needed done and certain things were not completed for example the fans I asked to be wiped down and none of them were. The oven they said they would clean and my husband said they "tried" but couldn't do it. This is not acceptable to me. Overall the job was done however I would not rehire. read more
