Hired Dawn for a move-in deep clean. Per Dawn, this service includes the following: Our move in/out deep cleans include: *2 cleaners *A wipe down of *baseboards *dusting fans *vents *blinds *windowsills *cobwebs *light switches and outlets *wipe down each door and frame *Full detail cleaning of bathrooms *Full surface cleaning of kitchen *appliances *inside the microwave *inside & outside of drawers and cabinets *vacuum and mop Dawn did everything she listed. However, the second cleaner that Dawn brought did not. Dawn started in the kitchen and covered 2/4 bedrooms whereas the other cleaner started in the master bath/bed and covered 1 other bed plus hallway and bath. Before the cleaning, in the master I pointed out some hard water buildup on faucet as well as mold in shower. During final walk-through, the 2nd cleaner said she had a hard time getting the hard water off, but it did look better. I pointed out the exhaust fan was still looking dusty to which Dawn cleaned with extended duster. Since house was fairly clean otherwise, I didn't notice any further touch ups. In hallway bath, 2nd cleaner said she couldn't get stain off tub with bleach or other cleaners. Not a problem, I can live with that. Dawn also noticed the 2nd cleaner didn't wipe baseboards in one of the rooms, so she did that quickly. Everything appeared good otherwise. It wasn't until the weekend that I noticed the master ceiling fan was not wiped down at all, full of dust. The rooms Dawn cleaned, the fans were dusted. Also in the master shower, NONE of the mold was cleaned away. The closet shelves were dusty as were the windowsills. Neither the master bath door nor the master room door were wiped down or dusted. I'd suggest Dawn hire a different second cleaner. They were here for 3 hours and I suspect the 2nd cleaner spent most of the time on her phone bc she mentioned how she was looking at tik tok to figure out how to clean the hard water on faucet. An experienced cleaner would have this knowledge beforehand. I KNOW she likely didn't even clean the hallway tub at all despite her claims bc there was still gunk on the drain which I easily wiped away. The master shower door also had gunk still on it. Definitely not worth the price of 2 cleaners when the 2nd cleaner just slacked off and skipped over items that are supposed to be included. read more

Absolutely horrible experience with Dawn. Unfortunately, my initial call was good. I booked her over TWO WEEKS in advance. Obviously, I work full time and booked her around my schedule. This would have been a weekly service. I spent most of my weekend preparing for her visit. Not only did she never call to confirm, she sends me a text message 3 hours prior to her arrival, stating she got a last minute Airbnb booking? What the heck is that? I told her that if she didn't follow through as planned I wasn't going to move forward with her services. Who does that to someone the morning of their appointment? If she is going to that the first day, my boyfriend said how will she be moving forward? Then she got nasty and said I had an attitude? Are you kidding me? There are too many good-hard working people out there that would appreciate my business and find it as valuable as any other persons business. The day of the cleaning, I discovered Serenity would only be sending one person to my deep clean 1300 sf home.
