I've been going here since they opened this on Oakdale Road and didn't notice that I've never given a Yelp review for this location. I was going to the one on Floyd and have given reviews on their website and now this one is closer to my house so here it is! I absolutely LOVE the inside! From the very first day!! It's beautiful and relaxing! The music is usually something catchy too with a variety. I loved the look of the previous white pedicure chairs but I'm so glad they've recently swapped them out for the full body massage chairs! I'm super basic when it comes to my nails and so I never really get anything fancy BUT nonetheless they do a great job. Specifically Mia and the last two times I saw Louis and he did a fantastic job. Mia is amazing for the fancy stuff! If you want nail art or designs, I know for a fact she kills it at that! They do tend to almost always be busy so I never go without making an appointment. Whether it's a Monday or a Saturday, I always make an appointment. I also like that they will make suggestions for you but aren't pushy at all. Nails or toes... what you say goes! (Ha! Super cheesy I didn't mean to rhyme ) This last time I knew it was getting close to me needing some fresh nails instead of a fill but I booked a fill anyways and when Louis started doing my nails, he did say it was about time AND he explained to me why!! Didn't just tell me I needed it. I appreciated that SO much and the fact that he made time even though I only booked time for a fill. To me... that is the stuff that goes a long way! They recently added a new receptionist to the front desk and I foresee it being a good decision with how busy they get. He was nice and personable! My nails always last a decent amount of time.. I love this salon! Everyone that works here is professional and friendly. And wait times are typically short if at all! The salon is clean and the prices are fair (: I just drop in when I'm available, so I tend to get different people quite frequently and I've been happy with all of their sets! The photos I'm including are from 3 different nail artists at the salon, and I've loved each set! They last me really long (one literally last me over a month and I was helping my family on their farm) and everyone is so talented when it comes to designs. I had Kevin as my manicurist. Kevin was easy going and very friendly! I didn't wait long at all, but I did go in on a Sunday so it was not busy. Kevin informed me that this location was their 7th location and has just opened up. It was clean and very cute on the inside. As far as my full set itself, when I showed Kevin my inspiration photo, it had 3D flowers on it and instead of just doing what he could, he was straightforward and told me he wasn't able to do the 3D flowers from my inspiration. Which I appreciated very much. I rather the manicurist tell me that they can't do something than try it and I end up not liking it. You can see my nails in my pictures below, I give this place a 4/5 because I really appreciate the time Kevin took to shape my nails and how thorough he cleaned up my nails. My only complaint is that I felt like my nail design was a little rushed. I have more rhinestones on one finger than the other. I also felt like my paint job for my pedicure was rushed. The clean up was great but the massage and hot stone was not worth it and the paint job was messy around my toes. This salon is very pricey compared the the ones that I go to in the Bay. I'm disappointed that I paid this much and my pedicure was messy. Overall, I'd recommend this place with Kevin. You get a decent pedicure and manicure. read more

Trash - just avoid at all costs!!! I used to go to the Coffee rd. location all the time Pre-COVID and the staff was friendly, decent, and the location was clean. BUT now I would never step foot in any of these locations. Not only is their Coffee Rd location dirty the nail techs are rude and they rush you. I went to the Oakdale rd. Location to try them out ONE more time hoping that the newer location would be better. NOPE. I got a pedicure and the service was fine up until I asked if I could get the polish re done because it looked horrible and bumpy. The nail tech didn't even take it off, she just layered on another layer "attempting" to fix it. I asked her if I could just color change because the nail polish she was using was thicker and wasn't going on clean. I chose a blue color and she says "Ew that color?" And turns to another nail tech and mumbles something. UHHH WHAT? I'm paying for a service that I get to pick whatever the f*ck color I WANT. I asked "Is there was an issue with what I picked? That's my opinion and I think that's incredibly rude of you". At this point other customers are looking around while the manager is on his phone just "lounging" on the spa chairs ignoring what's going on. I then said never mind stop touching my feet and I went to get up to pay and she kept grabbing my feet and spraying them. Manager is still doing nothing about it and doesn't even acknowledge what his employee just did. I asked if I could get a discount because I didn't even have my nails painted at this point. He started getting loud and offering for another tech to do them but at this point I wanted out of this trash location. I paid for nothing but garbage service, no painted nails and NO APOLOGY. - There's YouTube videos on how to have excellent customer service especially when the customer is paying for that said service. Just a heads up. Edit: Manager commented below, trust me I won't come back. I've found a better caring spa. My friend never said sorry about me, she truly wanted out as well. She was upset that I wasn't able to enjoy a pedicure with her because of your nail tech. I chose a different color because the tech mentioned the nail polish was thick and clumpy. My final "out" was even worse than the picture I posted because my nails weren't done at all anymore, some orange was still left over. If you had tried your best you'd have a lot of different better reviews on this location but you don't. read more

She works with high quality Korean gel, chrome, magnetic velvet polish, and has a plethora of decals gems and stickers for any ideas you may have. She can do everything from your basic clean French manicure to douyin nails to super decorative long acrylics. Highly recommend coming to her especially if you're creative with your nails. read more

Came back today to get a soak off (from a crappy nail set done by another nail salon) and a full set. I was greeted instantly and Kylie started on my nails right away. She was gentle, very kind and asked for a photo of what I wanted. I love this salon because it's very large, beautifully bright and open and they also carry a wide variety of gel colors and powders which are really important to me. I love coming here! I always feel so welcomed and special. The gals working are always in good spirits and have a lovely energy when you come all in. I typically schedule to get a manicure but today I just walked in for a pedicure and they were able to accommodate me right away. I thought all NT salons would be consistent. I tried this salon since the manteca location seemed very clean and I had a great experience. Would not recommend this location at all. It's newer but does not appear that way. They also demand a cash tip and want you take take cash out in their ATM. read more

I was sat down quickly and was overall satisfied. The location is clean and straightforward. I got sat down quickly and was handed the pedicure menu. As long as you read the menu and specify if it's with gel or not you get what you're entitled to. The chairs they have are comfortable and roomy. The tech Kylie took her time from beginning to end. I'm not much of a talker during pedicures an I appreciate that she let me chill while she did her thing and every once in a while asking if the treatment was to my liking. My nail technician was Thoung Nyugen (probably misspelled here). She's been at this establishment 2 weeks. From Turlock with many years of experience. She listened to what I like (thin, square round, and file down my real nails underneath the tips). My nails turned out beautifully! Even, thin, old nails not showing underneath. My daughter could have done better & gave better customer service. It's sad that there's no nail places these days that literally don't argue with their customers. While I'm getting my nails done the last next to us is expressing how she's not pleased with her shape. I look at my nails & realize the shape is shitty too. I then ask the guy to fix the shape n he gets upset n huffs and puffs! All these nail techs want our money but yet don't want to put in the extra work to get it. What happened to the customer gets what they paid for being good? My nails look like my 6 year old did them. Straight up trash! I wanted to like this place, but no the customer service is awful & these nail techs don't like to be asked to fix their problems. I'll never go back nor recommend this place. read more
