Wendy did a really great job, I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she was able to recreate it well. I appreciate how she took her time filing my nails and her attention to detail!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off the place is filthy. Additionally I asked for a full set and showed a picture. The nail tech assured me she could do it. She finishes and nails look nothing like the photo. I explain to her that it doesn't look the same. I tell her if you're unable to do it that's okay just let me know and I'll pick a solid color. She again says she can do it, removes everything and does it again and it still looks the same. I explained multiple times I was unhappy with how they looked. When I get to the counter I explain to the guy taking my money, I do not like these they look nothing like the picture there's no way I'm paying $82 dollars for this. I ask if I am able to come back tomorrow and have them painted over as I have now been here for over 2 hours. He says no. I said okay then I would like to have them removed. They were extremely rude about it. I ended up paying $20 dollars to have them removed and wasted more than 2 hours of my time. I hardly ever speak up in these kinds of situations but these were awful, and the service was horrible. I will be reporting to board of barbering and cosmetology along with the photos of the filthy condition of this shop. Business license they have posted has also been expired for 7 months.

The worst pedicure I've ever had! My sis comes to this salon regularly and loves her girl. We decided to have a sister day and she brought me with her for a pedicure. First off everything was unprofessional. They bullied me into choosing the highest level service so I complied since I usually spend about $70 at my home town salon anyway. My sis and I were trying to enjoy our pamper day but when I asked for French on my toes, no body knew how! Literally how are you a nail tech but can't do French? They called over 3 separate people to try and do French on my toes! My sister did a solid color and was literally done with her service while they were still trying to do French on me. I said forget just give me a solid color. Truly Insane. Then my sister is waiting for me now and she goes to the bathroom, the lady doing my toes asked if we were friends or sisters. I said we are sisters. She looked shocked and said "she is so tiny and you are big like fat" I have NEVER in all the years seen someone in the service industry call their client fat. Are you dumb? Do you not want a good tip? My sis comes back from the bathroom and asked how it was going and I told her in front of the lady "well she just called me fat so I kinda wanna leave" the lady just giggled and my sis was visibly upset. She finishing the service and I go to pay, she's complaining in native tongue that I won't tip her (YOU CALLED ME FAT WTF) out of not wanting to cause a scene (language barrier) I paid $87 after card machine tax - almost $100 down the drain! We get to the car and my sis notices I still have the mask from my service on my leg, I tried letting this go but it's only been 3 days and my entire big toe chipped off already. ZERO STARS - DONT come to this location Edit to my OG review: To the Business Owner, As I appreciate the accountability, I don't feel comfortable coming back into your establishment and trusting anyone there with the health of my feet. I would appreciate a full refund for what I went through.

I got lucky the first time I came here and got Anna to do my manicure, she is so kind and never fails at doing a great job. She's quick yet thorough and is so patient with me going way too long between appointments. I come back just for her! I cannot recommend her enough!

I was recommended by a friend to come here few years ago but I never try.I think I found my spot for pedicures and design. Vibe is cool, the shop is extremely crowded. Good thing I had appointment to get in sooner with I forgot her name. Shes great at Design. Very efficient. They did a great job

I am from LA, land of the nails. Lol so when I moved to Modesto for a boy, I was worried I wouldn't find a good nail salon. I was wrong. I found it. My boyfriend's mom goes here and recommended it. I did a walk-in and was greeted by the sweetest and friendliest girl! She immediately got me in and it was busyyy! The gal that did my nails was Sunny and holy moly, this chick is FAST and EFFICIENT! She did my mani pedi in less than 45 minutes. I kept it simple. Just a regular mani pedi. See photos. And I loved it!!! I will definitely come back here. Thank you for welcoming me into the Modesto family. I also speak and understand Vietnamese so it was very entertaining listening to them chatter with each other lol made me feel at home. Very clean and well lit salon. A+ all around!

Amazing nail salon here in Modesto!! I came for my birthday set and a little last minute as well but Jacky was able to fit me in with Gisele and both girls are so sweet!!! The salon is incredibly clean and the atmosphere is nice as well. Super professional and I love how my nails came out. I saw she had other beautiful designs and I'm definitely will be back!!

I've been going here since they opened this on Oakdale Road and didn't notice that I've never given a Yelp review for this location. I was going to the one on Floyd and have given reviews on their website and now this one is closer to my house so here it is! I absolutely LOVE the inside! From the very first day!! It's beautiful and relaxing! The music is usually something catchy too with a variety. I loved the look of the previous white pedicure chairs but I'm so glad they've recently swapped them out for the full body massage chairs! I'm super basic when it comes to my nails and so I never really get anything fancy BUT nonetheless they do a great job. Specifically Mia and the last two times I saw Louis and he did a fantastic job. Mia is amazing for the fancy stuff! If you want nail art or designs, I know for a fact she kills it at that! They do tend to almost always be busy so I never go without making an appointment. Whether it's a Monday or a Saturday, I always make an appointment. I also like that they will make suggestions for you but aren't pushy at all. Nails or toes... what you say goes! (Ha! Super cheesy I didn't mean to rhyme ) This last time I knew it was getting close to me needing some fresh nails instead of a fill but I booked a fill anyways and when Louis started doing my nails, he did say it was about time AND he explained to me why!! Didn't just tell me I needed it. I appreciated that SO much and the fact that he made time even though I only booked time for a fill. To me... that is the stuff that goes a long way! They recently added a new receptionist to the front desk and I foresee it being a good decision with how busy they get. He was nice and personable! My nails always last a decent amount of time.. I usually go in every 3ish weeks. Like I said.. I'm pretty simple, you can see from my pictures but they've always done a great job. Nice atmosphere. Check them out! read more

I had Kevin as my manicurist. Kevin was easy going and very friendly! I didn't wait long at all, but I did go in on a Sunday so it was not busy. Kevin informed me that this location was their 7th location and has just opened up. It was clean and very cute on the inside. As far as my full set itself, when I showed Kevin my inspiration photo, it had 3D flowers on it and instead of just doing what he could, he was straightforward and told me he wasn't able to do the 3D flowers from my inspiration. Which I appreciated very much. I rather the manicurist tell me that they can't do something than try it and I end up not liking it. You can see my nails in my pictures below, I give this place a 4/5 because I really appreciate the time Kevin took to shape my nails and how thorough he cleaned up my nails. My only complaint is that I felt like my nail design was a little rushed. I have more rhinestones on one finger than the other. I also felt like my paint job for my pedicure was rushed. The clean up was great but the massage and hot stone was not worth it and the paint job was messy around my toes. This salon is very pricey compared the the ones that I go to in the Bay. I'm disappointed that I paid this much and my pedicure was messy. Overall, I'd recommend this place with Kevin. You get a decent pedicure and manicure. read more

I love this salon! Everyone that works here is professional and friendly. And wait times are typically short if at all! The salon is clean and the prices are fair (: I just drop in when I'm available, so I tend to get different people quite frequently and I've been happy with all of their sets! The photos I'm including are from 3 different nail artists at the salon, and I've loved each set! They last me really long (one literally last me over a month and I was helping my family on their farm) and everyone is so talented when it comes to designs. Definitely recommend coming here! read more

Trash - just avoid at all costs!!! I used to go to the Coffee rd. location all the time Pre-COVID and the staff was friendly, decent, and the location was clean. BUT now I would never step foot in any of these locations. Not only is their Coffee Rd location dirty the nail techs are rude and they rush you. I went to the Oakdale rd. Location to try them out ONE more time hoping that the newer location would be better. NOPE. I got a pedicure and the service was fine up until I asked if I could get the polish re done because it looked horrible and bumpy. The nail tech didn't even take it off, she just layered on another layer "attempting" to fix it. I asked her if I could just color change because the nail polish she was using was thicker and wasn't going on clean. I chose a blue color and she says "Ew that color?" And turns to another nail tech and mumbles something. UHHH WHAT? I'm paying for a service that I get to pick whatever the f*ck color I WANT. I asked "Is there was an issue with what I picked? That's my opinion and I think that's incredibly rude of you". At this point other customers are looking around while the manager is on his phone just "lounging" on the spa chairs ignoring what's going on. I then said never mind stop touching my feet and I went to get up to pay and she kept grabbing my feet and spraying them. Manager is still doing nothing about it and doesn't even acknowledge what his employee just did. I asked if I could get a discount because I didn't even have my nails painted at this point. He started getting loud and offering for another tech to do them but at this point I wanted out of this trash location. I paid for nothing but garbage service, no painted nails and NO APOLOGY. - There's YouTube videos on how to have excellent customer service especially when the customer is paying for that said service. Just a heads up. Edit: Manager commented below, trust me I won't come back. I've found a better caring spa. My friend never said sorry about me, she truly wanted out as well. She was upset that I wasn't able to enjoy a pedicure with her because of your nail tech. I chose a different color because the tech mentioned the nail polish was thick and clumpy. My final "out" was even worse than the picture I posted because my nails weren't done at all anymore, some orange was still left over. If you had tried your best you'd have a lot of different better reviews on this location but you don't. read more

I love coming here to have my nails done by Gisele. She is a perfectionist and passionate about her craft. She works with high quality Korean gel, chrome, magnetic velvet polish, and has a plethora of decals gems and stickers for any ideas you may have. She can do everything from your basic clean French manicure to douyin nails to super decorative long acrylics. Highly recommend coming to her especially if you're creative with your nails. read more

Came back today to get a soak off (from a crappy nail set done by another nail salon) and a full set. I was greeted instantly and Kylie started on my nails right away. She was gentle, very kind and asked for a photo of what I wanted. I love this salon because it's very large, beautifully bright and open and they also carry a wide variety of gel colors and powders which are really important to me. I love coming here! I always feel so welcomed and special. The gals working are always in good spirits and have a lovely energy when you come all in. I typically schedule to get a manicure but today I just walked in for a pedicure and they were able to accommodate me right away. I thought all NT salons would be consistent. I tried this salon since the manteca location seemed very clean and I had a great experience. Would not recommend this location at all. It's newer but does not appear that way. They also demand a cash tip and want you take take cash out in their ATM. read more

WORST NAILS IVE EVER HAD!!!!! 4 nails popped off in the first week. Ive never had that happen. Paid $70 for the same quality nails as drug store press ons. When the first one popped off and i went back to get it fixed they were extremely rude about it. Ill never step foot in a nail spa ever again. Dont waste your money read more

I was sat down quickly and was overall satisfied. The location is clean and straightforward. I got sat down quickly and was handed the pedicure menu. As long as you read the menu and specify if it's with gel or not you get what you're entitled to. The chairs they have are comfortable and roomy. The tech Kylie took her time from beginning to end. I'm not much of a talker during pedicures an I appreciate that she let me chill while she did her thing and every once in a while asking if the treatment was to my liking. All the staff that I encountered during my visit were friendly. read more

I noticed this new nail spa when I finished lunch at the next door restaurant. I needed a fill so I walked in. They said 5 minute wait and I was seated in 3. My nail technician was Thoung Nyugen (probably misspelled here). She's been at this establishment 2 weeks. From Turlock with many years of experience. She listened to what I like (thin, square round, and file down my real nails underneath the tips). My nails turned out beautifully! Even, thin, old nails not showing underneath. I booked a fill appointment before I left! I never do that. Thoung is fantastic!! I hope she likes her new place of employment and they appreciate her talent. I don't want to lose her !!! read more

I went in without an appointment for a pedicure on a Saturday around noon. I was greeted by the staff right away and was seated even though I didn't have an appointment. The place was super clean and really pretty inside. They were so fast with the actual gel process and my toes came out so pretty! They do pretty good work. I would consider myself a regular. It's clean, they keep appointment times and they take walk-ins pretty quickly. Why 3 stars? ALWAYS double check your tab. Every time. There have been several instances where I have been overcharged. Again, ALWAYS double check your tab. I consider my time at the salon self- care and the fact that I have to correct the pricing error completely kills the vibe. read more

This nail salon feels like the fast-food version of nail care--quick, overpriced, and inconsistent. The quality just doesn't match the prices, and the front desk pushing for tips is off-putting. Tips should be based on the service, not pressure. Unfortunately, they get away with it because too many people, especially younger customers, don't speak up and just accept mediocre service. read more

However, they go too fast with the filing to the point I had to deal with a burning sensation for about 3 hours from all the friction. I do believe he gave me ring of fire as I left my appointment 5 hours ago & my nails are still sore. He was holding onto my finger while putting gems on & the burning got worse. When it came to doing my acrylic toes, I had previous work done & in the picture not only can you see how he tore off a corner of my natural nail but you can see him using a nail tip to take off my other acrylic nails & before that he tried a nail clipper. At any other salon I feel like a soak off or even a nail drill would've been the common sense solution. They also use nail tips for their acrylic toes which is unsafe if you know nails but at this point I decided to continue being quiet as he had already taken all my natural nail that I had grown. I also had seen a review where they believed they were being talked about & I believe I was too. At some point I saw one of the women point at me & they all started talking. Unfortunately, I kept quiet the entire time as I was scared to speak up. I paid the 135 & left. The work came out exceptional I suppose, the experience it took to get them is enough for me to never return.

Without warning, he started clipping them off and then used an old artificial nail to pry the remaining acrylic from my natural nail. I was looking down at my phone when I suddenly felt intense pain. When I looked up, my natural nail had been cut open and was bleeding. The technician asked if I was scared. I told him, "No, I'm not scared, I'm in pain." I also explained that this was not the proper way to remove acrylic nails. Instead of stopping, he attempted to continue. At that point, I told him not to touch my nails and that they needed to be soaked off properly. As a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, I understand professional sanitation and safety procedures. The way my nails were being removed was unacceptable and resulted in an injury. Another staff member eventually took over, but what disappointed me most was that no one apologized for hurting me or acknowledged what had happened. Accidents can happen, but professionalism, concern for the client, and accountability matter. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of those things during my visit.
