He accepted no responsibility or accountability and he did nothing to resolve or reconcile anything just argue with me. Never have I ever paid for 4 tires with the warranty on them all, after a year and a half with so many issues and only 15,000 miles on them, to need all new tires when they are 40,000-mile tires. If I could a rating of zero stars, I would. I drove my car to this location and I had to flatbed my car out of this location to another repair shop to have the damages fixed caused by the repair manager. As of this date, the manager has left this store. I submitted my claim to NTB's Sedgwick insurance and the claim was denied for payment of $3900 in repairs. NTB takes no responsibility for the damages they cause to vehicle's. Buyers beware! Will not do business with NTB again. read more

I stopped in to receive a quote for two new tires. They were able to work me in with no wait. The next morning I still had a flat. They removed the good tires and kept the tires that were old and dry rotted on the vehicle. Luckily they still had the good tires the next day; however, it was an inconvenience to have to change a flat and then miss work to have it don't the way that it should have been done the first place. read more

I went to NTB last week to have a car checked for a pull. The previous owner purchased tires at a different NTB back in 2012. After reviewing paperwork, it was recommended to do a rebalance of all four wheels. Whereas I didn't think it would fix a pull, the previous owner had purchased a lifetime rebalance, so it was free to me. Afterward, the technician reported no pull. The vehicle did still pull right, just as much as it had when I got there. Wait time, not an unreasonable 2 hours considering it was a weekday afternoon, and I had no appointment. I brought it back the next day to resolve the problem. This time, they checked the alignment. The alignment had been previously checked at two different places, and I knew it to be good. Finally, I ended up replacing both front tires, and that fixed the problem. All front-line employees that I spoke with were knowledgeable and courteous. All interactions were professional. The reason I gave it 3 instead of more stars is because the problem wasn't resolved on the first visit, and I don't think the first two steps were absolutely necessary; they cost me approximately 3.5 hours. That being said, I would return to this NTB. read more

I would give less stars if possible. I have been a client here for 8 years, multiple vehicles, multiple services and tire purchases. New management. I come in at 10 min to 8, closing time and no one comes in office to help. I walk around to back, and tell them I need tire and no one is coming in. He, Alex, says, "well, you see we closed at....8" I asked, "what time is it now?". He looks at his phone and can see it's not 8, but says. " 8". I say "I waited in there. I'll put it on, just need it put on the rim". He hems and haws around and I tell him " I'll take my business elsewhere". I'm not going back unless they make a whole lot of management changes. I've never personally had many issues with this place. Not the greatest customer service, but not horrible either. I will say this. Watch out for these guys though. They seem to have predatory sales tactics. I've watched them try to sell struts to 3 different customers in a row. All either old or on the phone saying their struts were either leaking or blown out. They have a buy 2 get 2 free for $1000.00+ deal so it sounds like sales and marketing have some sort of sales incentive going on. And as I'm writing this, I'm hearing attempt number 4. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and on site review of issues they observe during their inspections. Bought new Michelins with road hazard warranty and one of the tires had slow leak due to a nail embedded in the tread part. Was told I needed a new tire because nail was in sidewall. After re-inspecting with counterperson, nail was clearly on the tread. Refused to repair and ended up buying new prorated tire. Service has gone downhill. Each time I had tires rotated, they claimed there was always a worn part requiring replacement at a expensive cost. And check out the added "shop fees" they are charging. Very unethical and untrustworthy practices but then again, seems like all tire competitive tire centers are doing the same according to the poor customer reviews. read more

This is my second time going to this NTB at this location and i wouldn't have but i had a free oil change. I told them that i would be waiting around and they said that they would call me when my car was finished. Picked up a nail a few months later, went in, the manager said he didn't have time and to make an appointment for the next day. Showed up the next day at appointment time, Clerk said there was 1 to 2 hour wait. I tried to explain to the clerk and the manager how appointments work and got a very mouthy clerk. Asked for the district managers number, got a very mouthy clerk again. Won't be back. While leaving a customer spoke to me about him waiting 3 hours for 2 tires to be put on.
