Dennis came in the afternoon, and he didn't bring the snow shovel. He asked to use my shovel. After just spent approximately around 20 mins, he said I am done. When I checked the driveway, was still covered with plenty of snow (See the photo below). I told him this snow will turn into ice later. He responded me angrily while scrapping the snow with his foot and said this is already ice. Actually, that wasn't ice, and it still can be cleared. He complaint with an angry tone and impolitely: I came here to help you; I already spent 20 mins here. How long do you want me to spend time here? 1 hour? Did you sign a contract with me? I bring my baby and say "F" word. I didn't know what he was talking about. There is nothing to do with the sign contract or how long he has spent time here. I only wanted him to do a good job, cleared the driveway. You shouldn't come here if you didn't want to and now you are complaining, I responded him. Why would he bring his baby to clear the snow? He should just stay home, and baby sit his baby and shouldn't take the job. He just wanted to make an easy money cleared the snow for only 20 mins and got paid? I never met someone like him before with the worst quality job ever. I will never use this company any more in the future for any project. I don't need him, there are plenty of snow removal company out there who can do much better job. To Dennis, if you can't do the job, please don't take it only wanted to make money. I don't need this aggravation. I didn't want to pay him full, and I told him don't come back. Who wants to sign a contract with him. You will lose customers with that poor quality, rude, lack of communication and unprofessional behavior.
