She arranged for Jeff to meet me and provide an estimate within a few days. I immediately agreed with the price but was told that it may take a week or 2 to get there since they were so busy. Kathy promised to let me know as soon as their crew was available. To my surprise she called me that Friday and asked if they could come on Monday. Of course I said yes. Pablo and his crew arrived at 7:45. They methodically took down the three trees I wanted removed, trimmed and cleaned up 3 others. Then pointed out 2 that were overgrown and laying on my roof. I again asked them if the estimates are free the person who answered the phone said "absolutely". Two days later someone from Timberline called to make an appointment and told me the estimate costs $200. I told him that is not what the website or the person who answered the phone said. He told me the estimate is free only if we cut down the tree. That is not what is written. How can you trust a place that has false advertisement and lies before you use them .
