Natomas just keeps getting better!…read more If you haven't checked out Natomas Bottle Shop - Specialty Liquor, Beer & Wine yet, you're seriously missing out 4571 Gateway Park Blvd #4, Sacramento, CA 95834 This place is an absolute GEM for anyone who appreciates quality drinks and a clean, well-stocked store! Huge selection of premium liquors, beer & wine Super clean, modern setup Friendly service that actually helps you find what you need I was especially excited to see they carry my personal favorite -- Teremana Tequila Smooth, flavorful, and just perfect whether you're relaxing at home or hosting friends! And here's the best part I randomly ran into Maneet Kahlon -- one of the most knowledgeable and genuine real estate agents in the Sacramento area! If you're thinking about buying, selling, or investing... you NEED to connect with Maneet. She's helped us with multiple real estate transactions and always finds the best deals with zero stress. Super sharp, super kind, and truly cares about her clients So here's the move: Grab your favorite bottle from Natomas Bottle Shop AND connect with Maneet for your next real estate win This is what supporting local looks like Tag someone you're grabbing a bottle with

I pulled up to my go to cleaners, only to discover that John's cleaners is gone. Just like that. My heart immediately sank, and I realize that the space had been taken over by Natomas bottle shop. I felt like it was my moral imperative to wander into this new little business and check them out. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a nice man. Super friendly, and did not hover as I walked around, looking at all the different offerings. It's more than a typical "liquor store "it's almost like an experience. The entire store is brightly lit, and immaculately clean. I love the bright lights and big city feel. Natomas bottle shop offers a great variety of adult libations, and they have a great snack selection. Many other items are fairly reasonably priced, and in fact, more so than some of the local grocery stores. While I will miss John and his expertise cleaning, it's nice to see that the space is being loved and operated by someone who is equally as kind

Admittedly, I'm a big box store shopper. It's really about convenience and better price point that gets me every time. The big box stores offer one of the better varieties of adult libations that you will find. Unfortunately, sometimes we run out of things and can't make it to that big box store that pulls us in every time. We've been to select Wine and spirits several times, and it pretty much is what it is. Nothing to get too terribly excited about, but it definitely is convenient. Sometimes more so than going into the local grocery store. Their price points are just a few pennies better than the neighborhood chain grocery store, and the ease of getting in and out because I'm only there for one thing has its appeal. The people that work there are friendly enough, but don't go in expecting to have a conversation with a sommelier about the latest and greatest wine. This is more like convenience store shopping. It's basic, and basically easy.

I stood at the register for like 4 minutes sayin "HELLO?" Finally someone came out the back and decided to show up to work. No apology or anything. This isn't the first time. The gentleman that looks like Hagrid from Harry Potter is especially rude. I called and asked for the owner's name which he told me was Bill. I said does Bill have a last name? He tells me no. I ask for Bills number. He said he couldn't give it to me. I said how do I get in contact with Bill? He then tells me Bill works at the other store. So I ask what's that stores number and he again lies and tells me he doesn't know. I will no longer be a patron of this establishment and I hope the owner "BILL" will take better precaution when hiring his staff.

When you move, one of the low-key stressful questions is: is my new spot gonna hit like my old one?…read moreEspecially when it comes to your go-to liquor store. Prices, selection, vibe--it all matters. I got lucky with Sacramento Liquor. First thing I checked? Prices. Cigarettes--same as my old spot. Beer--consistent. No weird "new neighborhood tax," which I respect heavily because not every store keeps it fair like that. Now here's where Sam stands out. I'm a regular. I'm in there every couple days grabbing a 12-pack, and yeah--daily for cigarettes. When I first moved over, they didn't carry the exact kind I like. I mentioned it once, not even expecting anything... and next thing I know? He starts stocking them. That's not corporate behavior--that's paying attention to your customers. And it's not just me. You can tell this place runs on relationships. People come in from other areas just because they like Sam. That says everything. The vibe is real too. It's not just "grab your stuff and go." We've had conversations about everything--cricket, what's selling, what the store might need next. It's always easy, always respectful, never rushed. It honestly feels less like a transaction and more like stopping by a friend's spot on your way home. Cleanliness? On point every single time. I either see him actively tidying up, or it's obvious he just got done. The store never feels neglected or chaotic. And something I really noticed--because this matters more than people say--it's peaceful out front. A lot of liquor stores deal with people lingering, asking for money, or just creating a tense environment. That's not the case here. There's a park right across the street where people tend to hang out, and there's a clear level of respect for his storefront. No crowding the entrance, no pressure when you walk in or out. It stays calm, and that makes a huge difference. Store itself? Always stocked on the essentials, easy in-and-out, no chaos. It does exactly what it needs to do--and then Sam adds the extra layer that keeps you coming back. If you want a liquor store where: * prices stay fair * the owner actually listens * the space is clean and calm * and you're treated like a person, not a transaction This is your spot. I didn't just find a convenient store--I found my new go-to.

I come see Sam every Friday to start my weekend. He's always in a great mood. Great energy! I can…read morecount on finding a new whisky to try here Cheers!
