I was a little concerned that it might be too tart, but she explained that the rhubarb is caramelized before freezing into the popsicle. It turned out to be just the right amount of slightly sweet, not cloying in the least. I don't know that I got any notes of jasmine, perhaps because the rhubarb flavor was so front-and-center, but I really enjoyed it nonetheless. I found this to be a nice indulgence on a hot day, and expect I will find my way here the next time I'm wandering around Old Town in the heat and need a sweet treat.

The cookie was moist and not bland, it just could've been a touch better. Turtle cookie -- one of my top 20 cookies of all time. This is actually why I went back the next day -- to get another one. It hit every mark: the right amount of sweetness, the right amount of crunch, the right amount of gooeyness.
