I found NuBalance through a Groupon and decided to book a few tissue massage since I had a lot of tension built up in the form of knots and tight muscles. I had never had a deep tissue massage done before so I didn't quite know what to expect. The Groupon was a bit vague in regards to how to enter the building and I started off a little frustrated until I met Grigor (I think that was his name). He reached out to me as soon as he could and came out to meet me an walk me in (please note he is a sole practitioner and is doing the absolute best he can with communication given his busy schedule). The room was very clean and peaceful and the massage was so very effective! He was very attuned to my needs and kept asking if the pressure was ok for me. The massage left me sore for about two days but now I feel like a million bucks. This is something I'll have to do regularly to maintain my body in a calm/peaceful state.
