Nubia's Tacos is a hidden gem. Everything tastes homemade!! No gimmicks, just really good tacos done right. Always worth the stop.

They only take cash, venmo or cash app, but their elote is fantastic. Prices are higher than expected but the food was good.

Wednesday 6pmish First off- it isn't a drive thru. Get out and go in. Misnomer. $13 for a combo. Cash only. There is an atm there. I do not know the fee Bacon cheeseburger, mustard all the way. Fries. Canned soda or bottled water. I enjoyed my burger. It was seasoned well. Compared to BlackJack's burgers, I would choose Nubia's. I would return. Burger comes with jalapeños. Just ask them to remove them. They fell off on their own. Fries were ok. If they were a la carte, and an extra charge, I wouldn't order them. Saw a review about someone not feeling safe. They changed locations from where they were originally were (across the street) So, it took us a little while to realize. But, they were playing good music. I accidentally got drink that was a size too big for me and the mason jar had a BIG hole in it. But, they made me a new one with no problem. It tasted great and had an assortment of different candies. They also give you a complimentary shot if you have valid ID. I'm not sure what forms of payment they take, but I remember it being limited so be sure to call and ask before you get there. read more

Sooo this is definitely a hole in the wall! I'm actually kind of shocked no one added it before but its a nice little place to take your drinks and elotes to go. They also have an assortment of mexican candies you can buy! My favorite is the elote with takis ($6) and the drinks are SO cute and come in lil mason jars that you get to keep. Drinks range from $10-$25ish for some menu items. OPEN LATE**** which is a plus, but it might not be an area you want to hang around in hehe ^.^ hope this helps! Will be back!!! read more

We went there on a recommendation from friends so we decided to try this place out. We ordered an Agua de Horchata, Small Mango, Elote, and Small Watermelon. The agua de Horchata is straight from the packet bought from the store and it's very watery. It's not made from scratch. The Elote is canned elote, it's not whole corn. They have decent food, but don't want to take responsibility when you are given the wrong food, basically you either take what they give you if it;s wrong you either eat or throw it away and re-order. They don't give refunds or exchanges, they don't accept cash only cash ap's, they say they have a drive thru that's why I went since covid drive thru is safe, but there is no NO drive thru in sight. I finally got to try this place out and see what all the hype was about...... AMAZING!! The food was fresh, hot and DELICIOUS!!! I wish I could've gotten everything on the menu!! The place is small with not much seating and stays busy so probably better for "to-go" orders. We sat there and ate ours because we couldn't wait. Now the drinks, these drinks are tasty and quite the spectacle!! Claim they close at 10 but they actually close at 9:30. Open sign was bright and in a clear view, even a few employees were inside but were ignoring our knocks. We politely wanted to let them know that if they're closed, they should turn off the open sign but they did not care and continued to ignore. When she got back she said she was charged $49 for 3 quesadillas beans rice & a koolaid pickle. 3 birra taco plate & a pickle should have been around $30. I called and spoke to a manger even though she was polite she still didn't resolve my issue. Most "PROFESSIONAL" businesses would say I'm sorry & refund your money or make the order right. Not this place no matter who is at fault you are stuck with something you don't want and this not a $2 snow cone shop, their prices run from $5 to $25. The food I ordered was not good at all, I got the corn with hot Cheetos and the corn is from can not corn on the comb ! The strawberries with cream were watered down with no taste. It's way over priced and it took them like 30 minutes or more to give us our food , the corn was already cold by time they gave it to us. It wasn't busy so I have no idea why it took so long! Drinks and elote are good! The spicy watermelon is my favorite. My kids love them all since they're slushees with candies. My husband loves them all as well but goes for the regular sweet watermelon one. You have the option of adding alcohol to them. Too bad I live so far or I'd probably go a lot more often. read more
