    Crab Rangoon
    Jo Nell R.

Back for Ramen! This is my go-to place for Ramen and the staff is quick and friendly, too. Placed my order at the register as you walk in. I went with the Classic Nudo which I haven't had in a while and an order of Crab Rangoon. The Crab Rangoon came out first and I thought they were the best I have had in a while. They weren't as sweet as I remember them being and that was a good thing! Glad I ordered them. After going with the nduja bomb for so long, the classic was a little too tame for me, it was really good but I should have known I would miss the kick. I am not sure I have ever tried the chili oil they stock with their condiments by the drink station, but I will not miss out on it in the future! Yum, smoky with a kick, I took some home and added to my leftover classic. So good! The space is always bright and clean and I love the bathrooms. The wall tile and that cute, tiny sink. Service is always on point and this time was no different. Another great visit.

Classic Nudo Ramen (to go, without broth added yet)

You walk in and the smell is AMAZING! I loved my first experience at Nudo House, I can see why it's packed to the brim. My friends and I actually ended up taking our food to go because there were no tables, but they packaged everything nicely and it travelled so well. My classic ramen was delicious, with the star of the show being the tea egg. I could eat a dozen of those. I also got the crab rangoon which were pretty good. Can't wait to come back for excellent ramen! And I need to try a strawberry sando next time :)

Nudo House has great service - the staff was very friendly. The food is tasty but not as flavorful as some other pho / ramen I have had. Fast, casual vibe inside.

Quick and delicious! I got the classic nudo ramen (tonkotsu broth with chasu and black garlic) as takeout and was very happy with my order! They separated the noodles and the broth in different containers (and wrapped the soup one in a plastic bag to prevent leaking) which I really appreciated! The noodles were perfectly chewy, and thee egg was beautiful and soaked up all the flavor of the broth! (Without being too salty). The chasu was delicious as well. The portion size was also great! I was able to split this over multiple meals. In the past I've also tried the Hebrews hammer ramen (that one is shoyu based so is saltier)--I prefer the classic! Would highly recommend Nudo house!

I got the Classic Nudo Ramen, with pork belly. It was tremendously good. I had enough broth to put with my pho noodles. ( I couldn't decide which one to take). The service was very quick, I ordered it to go. So I didn't get a chance to sit and eat, but I would definitely be going back! It was very good and for the cold days to come very fulfilling!

This was my second visit. My cousin wanted to try Pho and this was the perfect place. You order when you walk in. The cashier was pleasant and helpful. It's a clean and neat space. We arrived about 5:30 and were 1 of 3 other tables dining in. It quickly picked up after us. We both ordered chicken pho. I added 2 veggie spring rolls and fried chicken gyoza. My cousin added crab rangoon. Our food arrived pretty quickly. I took a trip to the sauce station to enhance our pho experience. As I remembered, the food did not disappoint. Flavor party in your mouth while warming your soul! I did try the alcohol slushie. It was a mango tropical drink. It was on the sweeter side. Not for me. **I visited the Delmar Location. I don't see a page for them.**

3-1-Pho Beef And the egg rolls

First visit and it lived up to the Mai Lee reputation. I drove up and saw a line out the door, probably would have gone somewhere else if I hadn't been meeting a friend. Glad I stuck around. It's a quick serve place so the menu is short enough you can make a decision fairly quickly which is good cause you pay as you order when you come in and the line goes outside with just half a dozen or so people waiting to order. There seem to be a lot of folks getting carry out for offices. I ordered egg rolls and the beef pho. The pho broth was so deeply flavored and the fresh ingredients, noodles and beef came together for a perfect meal. One note, they call names and bring things out rather than giving a number or something. I wasn't the only one sure on that LOL. The service is fast and there are surprisingly a lot of seating as it goes back so far. I will be back for sure.

    Kimchi!

Visiting the area for work, jumped on Yelp like I normally do to find places that are close that aren't just boring. Happen to come across this little spot and decided why not? I love some ramen . So first of all this is not a very big place but it's big enough to enjoy with your friends and some family if you can get there and get the big tables. But you can also order ahead and get your stuff to go. The service is great You ordered the front counter you go find a seat and they bring you your food. I ordered kimchi appetizer and I ordered The Curry for my main meal. Both which came out extremely fast and is hungry as I was I was very pleased with this. So let's talk about the food now. The kimchi was a pleasant change from normal kimchi. Not a spicy as Korean kimchi and also appear to be a little sweeter but also think they put the little radishes in their kimchi. It doesn't take away from the taste it still has that spunky bite but with a touch of sweetness. I enjoyed it very much. As for the curry it was delicious. Pack full of flavor and a proper egg. also ordered mine with pork which comes out separately and a dish and it was like tempura pork and oh my lawd was it good. I'm going to say is some of these big restaurants that claim to serve good ramen better watch out. Because this place will put you out of business. I rather have a small place like this then spend money at a big place that can't seem to nail the flavors down. So if you're in the area like I was give it a shot.

Great experience at Nudo House! It's a noodle spot with really tasty food and incredibly kind staff. My husband ordered the pho noodle soup and I got the pho banh mi sandwich with dipping broth -- both were delicious. We also got some papaya salad, which was refreshing. Cream cheese crab Rangoon wontons were delicious!! Everything came out fast, flavorful, and comforting. I also liked that they had bottled unsweetened Japanese tea. Highly recommend, and we'd definitely go back.

    Ramen Noodle are vegan.

No, that is not okay. However I feel like this is something you should have brought up with management while there instead of posting it as a question on yelp. Just my two cents.

When we pulled up, there was a line but it moved quicker than we thought. Once we got inside, we were both surprised at how small it was. While I've yet to go to Japan, it def gives off the vibe strictly from ambiance and the decor. It's small but intimate and offers seats at the "bar", as well as communal seating. We didn't get a choice and were sat at the bar. Ordering is done through the QR code and water is offered self-serve. We split an order of the appetizers: house cucumbers and karaage. I'm not a huge cucumber fan but I tried it. I preferred the one with miso as I found it to be more subtle in taste. The chicken was average and didn't wow me. We each got the chicken shoyu with no pork, no scallions and an extra egg. It felt like it took a long time to get our food. We were both surprised once we got it as we were expecting actual chicken pieces but after rereading the menu description, it was chicken oil. He was a bit disappointed as both our dishes were covered in scallions. I suggested we not send it back since it took quite a while to get our food and they were close to closing. Nevertheless, I found the broth to be tasty and full of flavor despite there being no meat. Overall, it was a solid first visit.

Once inside, I was directed to a table in the corner. The service was prompt, and we received our orders quickly. A younger gentleman approached us and seemed a bit confused when I asked about the drink menu. We were looking for sake, and they had a decent selection of both wine and sake, but nothing particularly exciting. We decided to try the Hana white peach sake, which was a pleasant surprise. The food menus were in a state of disrepair, with staples holding them together. We started with some appetizers, including pork gyoza, crab rangoon, and spicy edamame. The pork gyoza was delicious, but the crab rangoon was quite crunchy and flakey with not much flavor. The spicy edamame tasted like it had been soaked in Franks' Hot sauce or Sriracha sauce, which I wasn't a fan of. I wish I had ordered them regular instead. For sushi, I opted for a shrimp tempura roll and a rainbow roll, both of which satisfied my craving. Overall, it was a decent experience for the price, but nothing stands out that would bring me back again and again like other places. I might come back and try the ramen and see if that changes my mind.
