Slow service. Hash browns had hair and plastic in it. Absolutely terrible place to get food at.

Extremely rude front of house. No welcome or even hello, just "you to guys can sit in booth 1" - we were looking to make a order for the next day! Weren't interested in taking our order, "we had to do it online". We were told they would have to enter it into the computer, and we should do that! Cute interior, fast service, just the crab eggs benedict with home fries i got was super bland (not a symptom an unidentified case of covid as i could taste the cold brew and side of sausage which were both quite good!) Menu was extensive but cohesive/not overwhelming, i would wanna go back bc there is plenty to try and other reviews sound like they have some good entrees. Would have loved to enjoy our breakfast today, but there were too many issues to overlook. Ordered hipped beef on Biscuits, white toast came out, sent it back, returned with biscuits but only half as much chopped beef as before and the biscuits were like hockey pucks, I hadn't eaten anything yet. My wife had the lobster Benedict, and what came out was fishy and really inedible. I have never sent back food, I understand mistakes happen, but this was too much. We have enjoyed the Ardmore store, but this one has a way to go to get their act together apparently. Beautiful room, and with the new offices, guaranteed to do well. This place always has awesome food, but the service is just terrible. The hostess made us wait 10 minutes while we were looking at 4 open tables. After 10 minutes we got sat at one of those 4 tables that were all open and clean when we got there. The servers forget food orders after you remind them what you got several times, it's just bad. Also paying at the front counter is a terrible system when there are people trying to get seated at the same front counter. Gotta fix that. read more

Breakfast was great! The menu is overwhelming! So many decadent selections! Kept it simple, a wonderful bacon and egg breakfast with toast! It's the QUALITY. Simple ingredients given a little love to make it fancy. Thanks! read more

Had breakfast l, crepes were amazing!! The avocado toast was also really tasty. My server Maria was amazing and sweet as can be!!!

When my family and I first got there, there were minimal customers, thank goodness. My husband and I Have a four year old son and a baby with a car seat and when asked for seating for 4 we were sat at a table with chairs rather than a booth, which was confusing because there was no one else at a table and multiple booths open. The table was too small, so we will ask for a booth next time. Anyway, we ordered and our food was brought out in a timely manner, though my home fries were basically cold and my eggs Benedict was Luke warm, so not super enthused about that. The gingerbread pancakes were flavorful, but quite literally, flat as a pancake. The French toast was very delightful, However. The server was very pleasant, but as soon as about 9:15/9:30 rolled around and there was a crowd, we didn't see them until we hailed a different one down about 20 minutes after we finished our food. We sat waiting for coffee refills and empty plates for too long, in my opinion. I might go back and give it another try, but probably not on a weekend. read more

Nudy's Cafe is clean and nice but the food isn't anywhere near being worth the price point. I've dined at this location 3 times. The first 2 times, 2 different customers were treating the manager like garbage, shouting how they know the owner and better get good service. The third and final time I ate here, the manager was being treated like trash... I asked the server what it was all about, they said that was the owner screaming... no community should support any business that treats its employees the way Nudy's cafe does. It's abhorrent and appalling. read more

Could potentially be a good spot but the service is terrible. Waited 10 mins to be seated, another 10 to get a menu and another five for someone to notice us. One person takes names for tables as well as ringing customers up. Seems very disorganized. As it turns out they were so busy with take out orders that's the patrons were left waiting an hour or more for breakfast. read more

Great selection. Quality service and awesome food. My fav is the Huevos Rancheros with a small side of pancakes. So perfect. Feeds for 2 breakfasts. Shame I cannot get delivery in Plymouth Meeting from Conshy. I have schlep to the their location so it becomes a weekend treat. read more

Worst brunch place I've been to in my life. I'm not just talking about the food. To start off the experience, many of the booths are dirty looking, ambiguous stains on the seats. To set the mood, the coffee mug still had lipstick on it - shocking. When we informed the waitress about this, she acted as if it was a normal occurrence, a routine complaint; the coffee didn't even taste good, the worst part is, I still had to pay for it. Don't even know why I bothered with coffee, I should've expected no more, as there is no espresso machine. In regards to the food, I got the specialty Nutella crepes - who puts chocolate and cheese in the same dish? Hash browns, abysmal. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Nudy's. If you choose to go, make coffee at home. read more

Visited on a Sunday morning. When we walked in, we weren't greeted and weren't sure if we should wait or seat ourselves. After several minutes, we were sat at a booth with 2 filthy, sticky menus. When the first thing I touch at a restaurant is sticky, it's hard to remain optimistic about my meal. Our sever was great: efficient, polite, knowledgeable. I ordered a burger, which was a mistake. The burger came out undercooked with no lettuce, tomato, or onion, and not a single seasoning. It was dry (dry AND undercooked is a hard combo to achieve, but somehow it happened) and very bland. The presentation was embarrassing. These are easy fixes: LTO on the plate, a sprinkle of salt and pepper MINIMUM, something green to make the plate appealing. My husband got a red pepper omelette and home fries (hash brown?). The home fries were practically raw, again with zero seasoning. In order to pay for our meal, we had to go to the same booth that didn't greet us. Honestly, we could have easily walked out without paying because no one knew what was going on in that booth, but alas, we paid. Nudy's has a good reputation in this area and I've had great meals at the smaller restaurants, but this location seems to be falling flat. I hope they aren't growing just for the sake of growing and forgetting about the quality of their food and service. read more
