When I walked in, there wasn't a single customer, just an employee on her phone. When I requested service, she immediately refused, citing their 8:00 PM closing time. The situation only got worse from there. Despite having plenty of time for a quick brow arch, she became argumentative and extremely rude. Only when I mentioned speaking to a manager did she suddenly agree to help me - but then started muttering under her breath and huffing and puffing. At that point, I declined the service because I wouldn't trust someone with such a poor attitude to work on my face. She then tried to insist I had to get the service done because I had "signed in". I informed her that I was under no obligation to accept service from someone displaying such unprofessional behavior. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've had. There was absolutely no reason for such terrible treatment, especially when they still had plenty of time before closing. I will never return to this location and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

I recently saw a newer stylist who used an excessive amount of glue on my lashes, leaving large, uncomfortable clumps throughout the set. I left town the following day, so I wasn't able to address the issue immediately. When I returned and reached out, I explained what had happened and asked if they could help correct it. My regular stylist ultimately told me the glue clumps were so severe that the entire set needed to be removed. Despite the fact that the issue resulted from a service performed at their salon, the owner refused to comp a corrective visit, offer a discount on the removal, or make any meaningful effort to resolve the situation. What disappointed me most was the way I was treated when trying to address it. The response felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude, especially considering I had been a longtime member and loyal customer. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that newer stylists are learning. What matters is how a business responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the lack of kindness, accountability, and customer service from the owner is ultimately what caused me to end my membership after years of coming here.
