Very rude. I had come in to get my engagement ring re-sized, and I believe it was Frank who helped me out but his demeanor just made my experience uncomfortable. I had come in to receive a service, and he was huffing and puffing when he took a look at how much it was going to be and kept making comments about how it's going to be expensive with the amount of stones on my band. He offered me a discount, which I very much appreciated. I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us". There were some other comments made, but I didn't process what had happened to me in the store until I got into my car. After talking to my parents and friends, I realized this was not acceptable behavior. The other man that had walked up to me was very sweet, but my experience as a whole sucked. read more

We were referred by a friend after venting that a major local jewelers told us that both our heirloom watch and bracelet either could not be repaired or would be cost prohibitive. I am so incredibly happy with Jerry and his son Frank! We have been using them for years for ring sizing, repairs, then we bought my dream diamond from them!!! My 15 year anniversary diamond upgrade (yes, it's a thing!) Frank used my original engagement ring setting and put a new head on it to hold my new 1.53 ct Princess cut diamond. My original diamond is a .75 ct Princess cut, which he put into a pendant for me. I stare at my hand all the time, lol. The diamond and setting appraised for almost twice for what we paid for it!! I go back again and again with items for him to appraise, repair, etc. it's hard for me to give high praise to any jeweler bc I make and sell jewelry myself! Most recently I had an amethyst and diamond ring re-set from yellow gold to white gold. The transformation was amazing! The setting had to be custom made due to the size of the stones and the result was fantastic! If you have a real mechanical watch and you want it maintained or repaired by a true watchmaker rather than sending it off to a Swiss manufacturer's authorized USA service center where they will replace parts unnecessarily and charge you almost as much as a vintage model of the same watch costs, then Jerry's is the best you can do anywhere in the USA. Jerry was the son of an Italian watchmaker who has been formally trained in both Switzerland and Italy. I've had multiple watches services here, and now I have friends from metro areas sending me watches for Jerry to service. He completely overhauled the movement on a 1999 Rolex while keeping the vintage feel. My friend says it runs better than it did buying it in 1999. Jerry used to be an authorized dealer for many great watch houses. He restored the Chronometer back to its COSC certification at a fraction of the cost of what Rolex would charge. Currently he's working in an Omega for a friend from Miami. He can just as easily repair Seiko movements as well as Citizen. I've bought jewelry here to and always felt like I got a fair price from people I consider as much friends as well as merchants and craftsmen. read more

They are truly a family owned-run business. My family has been going to Jerry, Frank, and Leon for over 20 years. Jerry was able to get my hsband's grandfather's pocket watch moving again after years of sitting. Jerry said "it was fun to work on such a piece". It was a joy to bring it back to my husband working and polished. They built and have since repaired my wedding set several times over the last 20 years ("normal wear and tear things like prongs, and fixing the band). I trust them completely. Their prices are fair, the customer service excellent, and the craftmanship stellar. I will be taking my Citizen Eco-Drive to Frank soon for repairs (it needs a new cell after 20 years, and the glass needs replacing it's very scratched up). Jerry is a trained/skilled master watchsmith! He has replaced the main spring on my Omega SpeedMaster chronograph. He overhauled my vintage Rolex Oyster Datejust (1970) several years ago and it keeps perfect time. He recently overhauled a Rolex Presidental that I inherited from my father. A beautiful, vintage watch that I will pass on to my son. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on it. Period. Over the years, Frank and Leon have helped me with many other watches and jewelry.
