They got me a full refund when the stylist turned my hair an odd shade of grey/blue. The stylist: did not do a good job on my hair; she also tested a new product on me she had never used before. She admitted her mistake but had very little time in her schedule to do my hair. She left it limp and flat; no style. It was an awful experience. She blew dry my hair and did not flat iron it or didn't even show me the back in the mirror to check to see if I was happy and sent me on my way. However the hairstylist did not once tell me that the hairstyle could not be attained and did this to my hair instead, and I feel like it should have been disclosed BEFORE he started styling my hair. I did not receive my money back. It is beyond me how they let a customer walk out their salon with the hair style I was given. I went home washed and styled my hair myself. The owner herself did my consult! They went above and beyond! I went in again, and was treated amazing like the first time! The owner came in on her day off to cut my hair. She spent a lot of time on me, letting me know exactly what she was doing and why. She answered all my questions, made me comfortable and was so friendly. In the end, I wasn't charged too much, and I was happy. I highly recommend HAIR CONNECTION!! Thanks guys!! :D
