Our power recliner sofa had one section go out. Sebastian came right out, diagnosed the problem, and assisted me in attempting to order the part from RC Willey, where we had purchased the sofa several years before. Short story long, they ordered the wrong part, it took 5 months to get to me, and once again, Sebastian came right out. This time, he knew immediately it was an incorrect part, and again assisted me in getting the correct part from the manufacturer (did I mention he didn't charge us for these first two visits???). The sofa is now operational thanks to all Sebastian's perseverance. He is professional, polite, and always on time (if not early!). Sebastian is very knowledgeable and honest! He was able to access the condition of a couch that, over the years, has started to sag in the middle. Nothing structurally broken, the cushions are a bit more compressed towards the middle - that and the age of the springs are the cause of the sagging. Sebastian said that even doing extensive (and expensive) repairs, replacing the springs, etc., the end result would not be up to his standards. Many thanks for your honest assessment! read more
