You mentioned a job running late and said you'd still come, but by 8 PM you never showed and didn't inform us until after the fact. You then rescheduled and even offered a discount, but once again, you did not show up--this time citing the accident. I was never informed ahead of time, and instead my number was given to another technician without my permission. Please ask before sharing a client's contact information. I had to take time off work to be available for these appointments, and after multiple no-shows, I ultimately had to repair the recliner myself.
