The first time, you were a no-show and didn't notify me until I reached out. You mentioned a job running late and said you'd still come, but by 8 PM you never showed and didn't inform us until after the fact. You then rescheduled and even offered a discount, but once again, you did not show up--this time citing the accident. I was never informed ahead of time, and instead my number was given to another technician without my permission. Please ask before sharing a client's contact information. I had to take time off work to be available for these appointments, and after multiple no-shows, I ultimately had to repair the recliner myself. Regardless of the circumstances, the lack of communication and repeated missed appointments were unprofessional and a significant inconvenience. read more

We purchased a sectional recliner a little over 1 year ago from RC Willey and it suddenly stopped working. Fast forward a few weeks and I had this pull out bed/sofa that wasn't able to be moved to another bedroom due to its size.
