They had agreed to install a radiant floor heating system for my master bathroom. The weekend prior to the agreed time I went and purchased all the required materials, and they verified that the materials were correct. That was the last time I was able to get in touch with them. They completely ghosted me afterwards. Didn't show up the morning of the job. Didn't reply to my texts or answer my calls. Now I'm stuck with the materials and nobody to do the installation, and it's thrown a wrench in the timeline of the broader remodeling project I have going on, some of which was dependent on this installation. When working in the basement, they found that my concrete floor had been damaged by tree roots, which needed to be removed to prevent further damage to my home. Despite the unexpected difficulty and additional labor needed, they were able to remove the roots and finish the job quickly and professionally. They set realistic expectations with me and kept me updated on their progress along the way. After they finished the job, they ensured that my basement was left clean of all debris.
