So I'm late, but what's to be expected from an expectant mom with another baby under 1. So let's get to it. 10/4/2023 after doing some shopping, my sister changed her mind from Chick-fil-a to Nuno's. My heart was set on Mac and cheese and everything saucy from "chickafila" (how I say it, #djm) but I decided to roll with her decision. We get to Nuno's and I'm greeted by a young teenaged boy with a mullet. I notice a sign that says prices have changed and I'm like sure whatever, not worried about it. It's my first time here so I wouldn't know what they were. So my sister swear by their buffalo and honey bbq wings. I asked how much are the wings since I see three different prices posted. He said they were $11.75 for 8 party wings, no fries. Cool, give me two orders of buffalo wings, a fettuccini Alfredo with the side garden salad, and 3 pizza slices (2 pepperoni, 1 sausage). I asked for 1 slice of pepperoni upfront but none of the pizzas were ready except cheese. He said it would be 20 mins for my order. My sister a bug and wanted another order of wings but wanted to pay for them herself, but I wasn't having that and swiped a second time for her wings. I go to the car and wait with my sister and 10 month old baby. About 25 minutes later I go in to get my order and once again it's another 10 minute wait for pizza slices. So he give me my other food and I'm sitting inside waiting at this point with all the food on the table. He call me to the counter for my pizza slices and I'm like hold on let me put the other bags in the car. I go back and grab my slices, but it's only 2. AND THERES STILL NO SAUSAGE READY AT THIS POINT!!!!! So I go back to the counter and tell the boy he only gave me two slices instead of three. He told me because he gave me one when I first ordered. I told him absolutely not and he walked away from the counter and said he wasn't giving me my other slice because he had given it to me. I look up and see cameras on the wall. I said run those cameras and then run me my other slice of pizza. He go to the back and come back within seconds and say "no cause I gave it to you lady." So now here come my sister and my sister don't play so she ready to throw all the food back behind the counter and I'm ready to pull him over. HUNNI!!!!!!!! I had to pull my phone out and begin to dial 9-1-1 in order for him to give me my food. I told him if y'all cameras don't work and if y'all need to save food just say that. Cause baby the service wasn't servicing and the wings weren't winging. They were hard and the chicken Alfredo was noodles, milk, and unseasoned chicken breast chopped up in it. It was the color of the milk sauce. The pizza slice was the best thing for $3.50, but baby next time I'm gonna stick with my craving cause Chick-Fil-A never disappoints and at their service is always on point. read more

They put us on a no delivery list because they fucked up our food on a delivery. When I called back they had an attitude and said they were not going to do anything unless we drive there. So I just paid money for incorrect food and for delivery. And now I have to waste gas to drive up the for a mistake you made. I drove up there to find they over charged me and can't read the paper they wrote. So they where mad be I said I'll take 2 slice of pizza to make up the over charge. The only reason I order from them was they were the closest decent pizza place around here. But never eat there gyros the meat taste spoiled and was in little tiny pieces like it would cut properly due to it being bad and when I told them that they said the cooks said it's fine so if u ever got stick after eating that that's why. I ordered food and waited over 2 hours for delivery then once the man finally showed up he left half of the delivery at the restaurant. The food that did come was horrible looking the fried chicken had a white pus ooze coming out of it . We have been trying to reach the manager Maria for 3 days now and she is dodging our calls . I previously mentioned that the pizza went from great to horrible. But also that I have issues giving up on places I previously liked a lot. The same coworker, just last week, decided to give Nuno's another chance as it had been months since. She let me know, and I figured I'd give it another go too. It was good again. Not burnt, not undercooked. A nice slice of pizza. I haven't tried delivery as I work just down the street, so I always just go pick up what I want, so I can't speak to that, though. Part of me doesn't know why I am updating this review. Yelp doesn't think it adds to anything, despite it being obvious I've been going there for a long time. But eh, whatever. I have ordered from Nuno's a couple times now, and I have to say that both experiences were bad. Coming from Chicago, which is known for pizza, the pizza that I ordered from Nunos was worse than Domino's or Little Caesars (which says a lot coming from a Pizza Town). Ok presentation, no flavor to the sauce or toppings. My other order was for a Caesar Salad. My coworker ordered the food, and I was standing right there when she placed the order. Food was finally delivered, and they forgot the salad!!!! They took the money, and said "Oh, we'll bring it right back". We waited for 1/2 hour before I decided to call. The girl who answered the phone (and who took our order) said that we never ordered it!!!!! I even asked her since you're telling me that we never ordered it, were you going to even call us back with that information??? She said no, she wasn't going to call, because we never ordered it. I was really disappointed. The pizza had little to no taste. I ordered a combo special. Wings, pizza & 2 liter soda for $15.99. She kept trying to charge me $28.00. She was telling me fees & taxes. I'm really not picky when it comes to pizza so everyone is always shocked when I say I DON'T like Nuno's, because I'll pretty much eat any kind of pizza. So you can imagine how happy I was when someone said this place had jumbo slices for $2.75 (I think). This pizza is so greasy. It took like 4 paper towels for me to soak up the excess grease. The crust is too soft, almost soggy tasting. May have been undercooked. It lacked flavor overall. It's just not very good pizza in my opinion. Attempting to solicit nearby businesses, I decided to have them provide pizza and wings for my students' Christmas parties. The first delivery went well; however, when they delivered the second order, they failed to include one of the orders of wings. When I explained to them what had occurred, I was more or less told that I was a liar. What incensed me the most was the fact that my students wanted to ensue that the drivers was adequately compensated, for their time. Pizza was alright and the wings were pretty good. Lots of Frank's Hot Sauce. The thing that really gets my goat is the fact that the menus that they pass out to local hotels and even the ones that they have in the restaurant does not have accurate pricing.
