Strongly Disappointed with Attorney: Brian Charles AshBach I am compelled to share my deeply frustrating experience with attorney Brian Charles Ashbach, whom I engaged for legal representation in September 2023. Initially, Mr. Ashbach presented himself with confidence, convincing me of his capability to achieve favorable outcomes for my case. He emphasized the urgency, prompting me to pay the entire fee upfront to expedite the process. After securing payment, Mr. Ashbach scheduled a court appearance for a Wednesday in November. However, this date was continuously postponed with various excuses. The lack of stability and clarity began to raise serious concerns about his commitment to my case. Communication with Mr. Ashbach deteriorated rapidly post-payment. My attempts to reach him through phone calls and emails were met with a string of excuses; he was either sick, on vacation, or otherwise unavailable. This pattern of elusive behavior persisted for over eight months, leaving me in limbo and without professional guidance. Ultimately, Mr. Ashbach chose to withdraw from representing my case and, to my dismay, offered only a 20% refund of the fee I had paid in good faith. The financial and emotional toll of this ordeal has been substantial. I am sharing my experience to caution others seeking legal assistance. Based on the service I received, I would advise prospective clients to consider other options. Professionalism, reliability, and communication are critical in legal matters, and unfortunately, I found Mr. Ashbach's services to be lacking in these areas. I am truly grateful for the representation of Brian Ashbach. When I first called his office, his secretary told me he was out of town representing another client and she would have him call me as soon as possible. It was literally 20 minutes later my phone rang and it was Brian! He looked my case up and told me to relax, he would handle everything. He told me my charges were serious and gave me advice from the start. I called him daily and probably annoyed him, but he answered every phone call and reassured me that I would be ok. He was able to get my court dates continued everytime I requested so I could live my life. Then it came time for me to attend court. I was beyond nervous. The judge called my name and it was then when I realized how good Brian really is. when we walked up to the table, he ran the courtroom lol. He argued my case and brought up discrepancies and he was in total charge. He was super powerful and I felt relief when he was arguing to the judge and made the prosecutor look bad. My case got thrown out and he saved my life literally. On the way out of the courtroom, some guy walked over and asked if brian could help him in his case. It was awesome!!! Let first of by saying Brian is an extremely unprofessional attorney. When he answer's his business phone. He just say hello, rudely at that. You have to literally verify your calling his practice. He will also tell you that he will call you back. Don't count on it. If he gives you a time to call him, he won't be in the office. I walked into his office and spoke with his secretary who I know passed the message. His excuse was I just didn't call you back. That's his scumbag way of basically saying I don't want your case. Without even asking what the you are needing representation for. Do you want someone who can't keep their word especially at his rates. I could go on and on. I am sure Brian will read this, then start answering his phones professionally. Denying everything written here. Lets face lawyers are paid liars. Especially Brian, that is to bad. Considering that this practice was handed to him by his father. His father is a very honorable professional. It's a shame Brain is tarnishing his good name. read more

Brian ashbach is a great attorney to hire if you'd like to loose your case. His behavior in the court room is deeply cocky and in inappropriate. I've watched him loose cases simply because the judges don't like his demeanor. He lost a case for me last year and only refunded some of it after charging a flat rate fee for services he didn't even complete, and I've sat through countless other superior and district court cases where I watch him represent and loose case after case and piss off countless judges with his behavior. He'll talk a good game like your case in already a done deal; charge you a flat rate fee so he doesn't have to provide you an itemized receipt justifying what he charged you with actual work, and then waltz in be rude to the court and loose your case. 5k for a 1 star lawyer is not a flat rate you want to throw away. read more

I recently had to hire Brian as a defense attorney, I had no prior experience in ever needing one so I didn't really know what to expect. I told Brian the situation and his assured me he could get it handled. His confidence and attentiveness was very reassuring and anytime I had questions he would always respond promptly. He was VERY flexible with my difficult schedule, my financial situation, and the EXTREMELY frustrating events that took place on the prosecution's side of things. Mr. Ashbach represented me in an assault DV4 charge in Marysville. My circumstances was very important since this charge violated my federal probation. I was also hit with a "No Contact" order which made everything else very difficult for my wife and I. Brian worked this case to get the charges dismissed and the "no contact" lifted in the pretrial.
