Average food, nothing special. Service was rather slow, kinda maddening. Prices were average.

This was my place to go during my stay in Barcelona. Great location to begin with, the pancakes were delicious, it took me back to my childhood, the bagel with egg and the combination of avocado and hummus were just perfect. My server Angeles did a great job, happy and smiling explained the menu for us and her recommendations were spot on. We noticed the food on the menu for dinner and I returned with my family. We had the table at the lower level and I was stunned to discovered such an amazing place. If I return to Barcelona this is a must for me!

In the 3 days in Barcelona, went here twice. The service was super friendly and I thought the food was excellent. The first night we had Albert as our waiter and he loaded us up! A couple freebies and he and my hubby exchanged stories. My husband is fluent in Spanish so while Catalan is the official language of that area, everyone speaks Spanish. Food was excellent, delish seafood.

Food was okay, depending on what you order. I guess I'm not too much of a fan of paella in general because this was probably the best I've eaten and it still was just okay. Service was okay. Staff was friendly. Sparkling white Sangria was delicious. Ambience was nice.

When visiting Barcelona Nuria was a great place it had a small restaurant and lounge vibe to it. The waiter was very observant with us and was very accommodating. He was fast and explained the menu perfectly. The Aperol Spritz tasted amazing. The Pepperoni Pizza was so delicious and tasted different, it felt so light not like the pizza in America, the only problem with the pizza was it was not cut into pieces. The Paella was also very good and had a lot of flavor to it and the best part was it was made for one person unlike places that make it for two people. The crispy Spicy wings were ok but not great, they were not spicy at all and need a touch of flavor. The Salmon tasted good but I have had better, also they put the skin of the Salmon face down when it should have been face up, because of that the Salmon skin tasted burnt. The Tiramisu was handmade and it tasted so fresh and delicious.

Tourist trap. And really the only bad service we experienced in Barcelona....probably because we were tourists. It's in a great location and the inside is beautiful. The sangria was delicious as well and we were able to sit for a while and enjoy it without being rushed. We ordered two tapas: iberic ham and ham croquettes which were both good but nothing to write home about. For our meal, my friend and I wanted to share one order of the chicken paella (not two separate orders). Isn't paella supposed to be shared anyways?! When I double checked with our server to make sure he only wrote down one order he said he wrote down two and that the portion is small and only enough for one. Why he made this decision for us was beyond me.... He rudely convinced us to order separately so we got one chicken and one seafood. Obviously, when our food came we found that the portion was indeed big and suitable for sharing... *sigh* Okay so fine - we ended up with more food than expected. It was OKAY. We had better chicken paella elsewhere but it was still good. My friend was not happy with her seafood paella and barely touched it. At this point we were eating just to eat. Honestly, there are so many other, better, non-touristy spots in the city that there's no reason to dine here.

The restaurant was within walking distance to our hotel and we just wanted a simple American breakfast. That was what we ordered. It came with three pieces of bacon, two eggs, half of a toast, and some fries. A glass of orange juice costs 3.40 euros and a small coffee for 1.60 euros! The service was slow with a few customers. The server seemed not too happy to serve us!

Stopped in for lunch. Right off Las Rambla. The service was good. For appetizer we had the spicy meat tapas. It wasn't spicy and I was not a fan of the coating. I had the salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly but it was not seasoned at all. The vegetables it was served with had a nicely cooked caramel side and flavor.

We came across this restaurant on our way to the market, but it's closed in Sunday's, so we decided to sit down and grab some lunch here. It's surprisingly good! Considering the touristy location, their food was very very decent. We ordered a meat plate, a spaghetti, a seafood paella, and a seafood and meat paella. All were very good, especially the 2 paellas. Frankly, it's been the best paella I've had in Spain so far, and I never thought it would be in this restaurant. The two tastes very different, actually. I personally liked the one with meat more, it's got a very fresh and tasty flavor to it. My friend likes the seafood one better because it's very seafoody with solid mussels, prawns, and squid. The desserts were average, so was the spaghetti. But overall, very good and price was decent.

Tourist trap in my opinion. Went here for lunch b/c it was on La Rambla and was severely disappointed. My friends and I had a vegetarian pizza and some pasta and everything was just blah. There are tons of better little restaurants off La Rambla that are much cheaper!!

Probably our worst choice for a place to eat in Barcelona. We will walking up Ramblas looking for a breakfast place and could not decide on anything. So we begrudging when into this place. The food wasn't terrible or overly expensive, but it was just a Spanish version of an Ihop or Huddle House. Better options are all around.

    Funny placemats!

We had to take a taxi to La Rambla as the rain showers were somewhat heavy.

Oh my goodness this is so good. If I ever go to Barcelona again I would come here…read more Must get: Steak with foie gras on bread 8/10: sooo decadent and luxurious. It's abt 8 euros a piece. Very flavorful and fast experience. Oxtail and mashed potatoes 10/10: the oxtail meet is so tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes pair so well with the oxtail. Mushroom, steak, and egg yolk 9/10: soo flavorful and balance of veggies and protein. Amazing textures and flavors. Sparkling sangria: 8/10 I don't normally live the taste of alcohol but this was great. Not tooooo strong and if tastes pretty good if you mix it with the orange juice. Fresh orange juice: 10/10 so tangy and delicious. I can't recommend it enough. Patatas bravas: 9/10 solid no complaints! Dessert Tapas: - bread dessert (Tarija): 11/10 amazing dessert that is creamy, cameralized, and has a mochi like texture. This fried chewy dessert is not too sweet and such an affordable price. - coconut pudding 9/10 solid and refreshing if you like flan - bread, chocolate oil, salt 7/10: I live the complex flavors. The chocolate mousse was light and the bread to mousse ratio was perfect. It's a smaller dessert tho I wouldn't recommend it if ur sharing. Service: amazing! Staff I'm everywhere so it was very easy to order more food. Also we were sitting buy the area where they made dessert and they allowed me to record them making it!! Comfortable ambiance great for date night or casual meals!!!

As an international traveling food critic and unbeknownst to the staff, the following is what I…read moreexperienced: - The host seated us next to a table of three self-absorbed, loud and obnoxiously nonstop talking late teens early twenties girls. - The food bus'ers attempted to deliver the wrong order to our and nearby tables five times. - The 1/2 order (three small slivers) tomato soaked bread (1/2 PA AMB TOMAQUET) was certainly not worth the €2.5! - The Greek Salad (ENS GREGA) was the worst example of such we have ever had (my party included an authentic Greek). The feta cheese was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like imitation rubber cheese. - The "Al Ajillo" Style Shrimps (GAMBES AMB ALLADA) had a very strange flavor within it, which overwhelmed the garlic flavors. - The Beef Tenderloin (FILET VEDELLA), she had to spit 1/4 of it out because it was too tough. - Everything was overpriced there for the value. If you are in the area DO NOT waste your time nor money dining here!!!
