I called and got transferred to the Port Richey office. They told me my doctor left for another position and so the office is closed. No one notified me when my doctor left, and I got the usual reminder emails and texts for days before asking me to confirm my appt. The receptionist at Port Richey said they called me to reschedule my appt, but I didn't answer, and they left a voicemail. There vm came in the middle of the usual stream of reminder emails and texts and just assumed the vm was another one, and deleted it. But the receptionist had the nerve to start blaming me for missing their one phone call, so I gave her some four letter words and hung up.

Dr. Danielle Hoeffner has blessed my life with her hands. I pinched a nerve in my back and was in the type of pain that I can only describe being as intense as my worst contractions when I was in labor with my twins. Dr. Danielle was very honest with me about relief expectations. She told me relief could be as short as 5min or it could be much longer.
