I waited on hold to try to reschedule, only to be disconnected with no call back. This kind of disorganization and disregard for a patient's time and well-being is shameful. I was prepared, I rearranged my day, and I was seeking help for a serious health issue. The way I was treated was not just unprofessional--it was inhumane.
