Im still a huge fan of Billy's Egg Farm and highly recommend them for their farm fresh eggs!…read more Their quality is amazing - eggs just tastes better! If you're looking for that rich deep orange yolk, you'll likely find it here. I find that their eggs do not always have that deep orange yolk, but it often does! I finally tried their Ugleez ($12.50/30 eggs) and besides being "ugly" and much lighter in color on the outside, they were delicious and had the perfect orange yolk! See my photos for comparison with their Jumbo ($12/20 eggs). It's a steal to get the Ugleez if you aren't looking for a massively huge egg and still want that farm fresh quality!

The chickens are fed a vegetarian diet with no hormones and no steroids and have plenty of space to roam. I arrived on a Saturday morning 5 minutes to opening and there was a line of 10 cars at the entrance. Ordering is done via drive thru style and they were handling 3 vehicles at a time. Eggs are sold as large, ex-large, or jumbo variety. I went with extra large and got 30 eggs for $16. There is a fee for credit card usage. The egg yolk is dark orange and overall the eggs taste great. Even though these were extra large I felt they were the same size as the large ones I get from Trader Joe's. And the Trader Joe's ones work out to be $17.50 for 30 eggs and they are organic and pasture raised. Overall, I do think the Trader Joe's eggs maybe a better deal and both are similar in taste.

Unfortunately, you can't always get eggs because people swoop in and grab them fast, and the prices are pretty high. As much as I love The Ecology Center, eggs there are about $15 for 12. At this farm, you can get 30 eggs that are fed sea kelp and high-quality ingredients for $17.50, which is honestly a bargain. Yes, it's a bit out of the way, but if you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping here. They also have homemade jams and honey.

I bought some eggs and local honey. The cons I felt the need to share were mainly the customer service and the cleanliness of the egg shells. Out of the 24 eggs I bought, 20 of them had some chicken poop on them that I ended up cleaning at home. It looks like this place has an egg washing station but I'm not sure if they wash all the eggs thoroughly. The fruit stand outside was also overpriced and the lady overseeing was a bit rude. There's another egg ranch right across the street called Billy's Egg Farm that has cleaner eggs and the customer service is great! It's worth checking out.

I stumbled upon this excellent veggie stand while shopping for chicken and eggs at Maust's Egg Farm…read moresince they are located on site. The veggies at Ian's stand are grown locally and are excellent quality. I was impressed with the variety and have loved everything I've been cooking! I bought some radishes bc I love to snack on them whole and plain - and they have been just delicious. I also bought a giant carrot and some green summer squash to throw in a soup - but I ended up making the squash as a side dish to go with my roasted chicken. That squash was incredible! Such flavor and so soft - infinitely more flavorful (and huge) than any of the same type I've gotten at the grocery stores.  I've been using the giant carrot and cucumber I got in salads and they're also so flavorful and delicious. I used the onion and garlic in my roast chicken and made mashed potatoes with some yellow potatoes from Ians - all fantastic. I'm blown away by just how much more intense the flavors are as opposed to veggies from Ralphs I usually get. The staff were so friendly and their prices were exceptionally reasonable - I paid $10 for my whole haul so I'll definitely be stocking up on veggies from here anytime I'm making a chicken run at Maust's farm lol! Ian's farm stand is located right next to the petting zoo on Maust's property and is easy to find. There's plenty of parking on site as well - it's unpaved but in excellent condition so no issues there. Highly recommend veggies from Ian's stand!

I was excited to get eggs straight from the source and at very good prices as well! When you pull up to the farm there's an area where you can park. I came in on a weekday so it was chill and relaxed and not too busy at all. The folks here were very friendly and helpful. They were running a special I felt like I couldn't pass up even though it meant a lot more eggs than I can eat in a reasonable amount of time. $15 for 100 large brown eggs! I ended up giving a lot away to some friends so they didn't go to waste, but such a great deal. Their regular prices are more than reasonable as well, but depending on where you're coming from, you just have to make the drive out there.

A New Must-Try at Chino Hills Farmers Market: Pablo Kim's Chimichurri!…read more I noticed Pablo Kim's chimichurri stand as a new addition to the Chino Hills Farmers Market and, honestly, I had never tried chimichurri before. Pablo explained that it's a popular Argentine condiment that works as a sauce, dip, dressing, and marinade. Curious, I sampled all three flavors. The original was flavorful, the spicy was a bit much for me, but the mild? Just right! It's fresh, tangy, and herbaceous--plus, there's no cilantro, which I appreciate since I'm not a fan. Pablo said it pairs with almost anything, and he wasn't exaggerating. I bought a small jar for $8, thinking it would last a while, but I went through it in just three meals! Now I'm wishing I'd grabbed the larger 16 oz jar for $18. So far, I've tried it on grilled cheese, breakfast burritos, hard-boiled eggs, and even on Korean galbi beef short ribs. Let me tell you, the combo of char-grilled meat with that chimichurri is a flavor bomb! For the health-conscious crowd, he also offers a version made with avocado oil, which is a nice touch. And for anyone curious, yes, Pablo is Korean, born and raised in Argentina before moving to California in his 20s. He's fluent in both Spanish and Korean (though he jokes about his language skills). Pablo Kim's chimichurri is a fantastic addition to the Chino Hills Farmers Market. If you're new to chimichurri like I was, definitely grab a jar--you'll be hooked!

Once we confirmed the event was back on, I reached back out and she made everything seamless. The food was AMAZING. Literally everyone came up to me during the event to say how good it was. People were going back for seconds and asking where the food was from.
