I signed up for some kind of store customer rewards program but have yet to receive an e-mail and also never received the e-receipt. I'd say save the trip and just buy online but I don't like the idea of brick and mortar shops not getting customers. My only problem is that sometimes I get stuck at the hospital and don't leave a cooler bag out because I think I will be home to get it or I know the cooler bag I have will probably be warm by the time the food gets there. My only other complaint is that it is a day by day menu so if you want to plan meal prep for the week it can get tricky to get what you want. For example, sweet potatoes are made on monday this week and chicken is made on thursday. But I would love to just do grilled chicken and sweet potato for lunch all week. Upon my arrival I learned that my order had not been made up for pick up and I would have to wait behind the walk-ins. I paid for my items and waited for an additional 20 minutes only to see the staff moving slow and with no sense of urgency. I advised the staff member at the front desk I had to leave and all she told me was they were busy. I left the store after being in there for 25 mins without the items I paid for. I have come to this location several times and this is by far is the worst service I've received. This was ridiculous and when I requested a refund over the phone, the staff member told me I'd have to wait a day or so for my refund. I'm very disappointed.
