I am a somewhat new lulu customer, and I am OBSESSED! All their stuff is nothing but high quality athleisure, and lasts forever! I just decided that I needed to stop in the make some purchases for summer with my gift card. The staff were super friendly, and helped me find things in my size if it was not out on the racks. Their selection was great and they had trendy colors for each season. I would also like to say that they are not pushy and I did not feel the neeed to buy anything I didn't absolutely love. I ended up purchasing the ebb to street tank top, swiftly tech shirt in gray, and blue Hotty hot 2.5 shorts. The value of all of these were amazing! I've been a loyal Lululemon customer and Sweat Collective member for nearly 20 years, but my experience at the Green Hills store has me reconsidering that loyalty. I came in to return two clearly defective items for store credit bc I already purchased the replacements (as seen in my lululemon app). Instead of helpful service, I was told by the manager Collin--repeatedly--that "it's policy" to only do even exchanges, with no explanation. When I tried to express my concerns, he accused me of "having an attitude." Another manager, Brantley/Berkley, then approached in an intimidating manner that made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. He stood watching over me with his arms crossed just to try and intimidate me -- just for returning items that don't live up to their quality! After finally giving me replacements, Collin cut the tags off the new items in front of me, again claiming it was "policy." I've shopped at Lululemon for two decades and have never seen this. When I asked to keep my original tag (as proof of purchase, which I paid for), he refused. I have video of the interaction, and the entire experience felt disrespectful and punitive. Lululemon, this is unacceptable for a company that value ls community, inclusive and basic customer service. Customers deserve transparency and basic respect--neither of which I received today. read more

Ordered an item in the Green Hills Mall store in Nashville but didn't receive an email confirmation although it was already being reflected as a charge on my credit card. I went back to the store a couple of hours later and was told i would need to talk to the manager, Tatiana, and she was currently on break. I waited 10 minutes and then went looking for her. I found her and asked if someone else could help me and she said "no, I am the only manager and I am still on break.". I told her I had made a special trip back to the store and was in a hurry and could she please help me. She very rudely got up and told me i should just wait. i pushed the issue and she got on the phone to Lululemon where it took 30 minutes of her time to get me a confirmation of the order. She was rude and condescending to me when she said I had given the wrong email address and that's why I didn't receive it. I gave the correct email address but the store clerk had entered it incorrectly. I frequently buy items from Lululemon so she looked up my account which had the correct email address. Tatiana had the worst attitude of anyone in a retail store management position I have ever encountered. She made it clear she didn't have time to deal with this issue and got more annoyed as it took her longer to figure out what had happened. Lululemon in Jax brings back nostalgic memories to me. I use to go there on Sundays for a yoga class in Jax (Florida). Sadly they don't have yoga class in Lululemon at Nashville. Brendan was kind, nice, and gave professional customer service with a smile :)! He explained that they did not have yoga classes there but they did other events. So so store, alright service, awesome location. Not to be confused this store is not located in the Green Hills shopping complex...but a hop, skip & jump down the road in the marketplace across from Kendra Scott, adjacent Whole Foods. The store was slightly drab; as were the employees. Maybe it was just an off day. They seemed so occupied arranging clothes that it was difficult to capture the attention of anyone for assistance. My usual lulu experiences involve encounters with super cool, enthusiastic employees eager to help. I walked in felt a draft of cold and walked out 5 minutes later. I found what I was looking for without anyone offering help. You had a few employees dancing next to the register. I asked for military discount. Usually, you go anywhere, my man flashes his ID, no prob. Today, this cashier tells me I can't buy it if it's NOT my ID. I said, well then he can buy it. She was like oh okay, if it's for him then yeah.... I didn't even tell her about my ID as a nurse. Anyways. Don't recommend coming to this location. Not friendly or relatable. Any other place that offers discount doesn't ask if I am related to the person. They see the ID they say okay. This chick has to be paid commission to work about a 15% discount off of a $150 backpack. I have my ID approved on their website and will be shopping online with MY discount. I bought a pair for my daughter for Christmas. We moved to Thailand on January 1. She wore them three times and they began to unravel at the seam. I sent them back and I was offered a gift card to their store in Hong Kong. The prices there are double and there is nothing I like. I had to go to a lot of effort to find a FedEx here in Chiang Mai and ship them back. I am very disappointed by the level of support this company gives. I will never buy another pair and will not recommend​ them to anyone. They are so overrated and overpriced. Buy some from Old Navy...they are affordable and last forever! This place is not only a hip athletic store, but also a wonderful community hub for fitness. Let me start by talking about the store location itself. This is located in the Green Hills strip mall. The store itself isn't huge, but it's normal for the size of a retail store in this location. The store has adequate flow and lots of clothing options, although with yoga equipment available for purchase. The products are a bit on the pricey side, but they are high quality, so expect them to last for some time once you buy them. The staff at this location are super friendly. When I came to this location, I was quickly greeted and given assistance. The associate made it seem very personal, which I appreciated. My favorite part of the store is the community that they create. One Saturday a month, Lululemon will put on a complimentary workout class for the community. Investing in your well-being and fitness has never been so chic and attainable. I seriously almost busted a downward dog in Lululemon today...and you know what? Not a single person in this energizing shop would have judged me for a second. Sure, the prices are more than what you normally may pay for yoga/athletic gear but this detail, fabrics, and quality in the merchandise assure that you won't have to replace them for years. This is NOT your basic gear..everything is well thought out regarding fit and durability. Did I mention how sleek and fabulous an athletic pant and hoodie can be? You may also enjoy yoga mats, bags, sports bras, jackets, and everything in between. There is a Men's section filled with comfy pieces that the man in your life can take advantage of. I am heading back for THE "sports bra" of all sports bra (you ladies know how important this is) which will set me back around $50 but I would trade in all the $15-$30 options at home (that I don't wear because they are just dreadful) for one or two bras that I will wear all the time. it's worth the investment. Trust me. A few things stood out to me that I felt were worth sharing: **All the employees were not only helpful but GENUINELY nice and informative. The store manager let me know that anyone who "checks in" on their phone ( and informs them) will receive free yoga classes at local yoga studios** Limited time only. Lululemon also offers complimentary yoga classes on Saturday mornings at the store. All of their merchandising racks have wheels so they can be moved out of the way during class. GENIUS. An extensive community bulletin area is centered towards the middle of the store. You can find event listings, information on yoga and other fitness related Nashville businesses, coupons, and even a vegetarian/vegan/gluten foods referral guide! This place really takes pride in being interactive with their community and this approach will convert many people to become customers. Lululemon's covid practice is awesome! Unlike other stores where you have to wait in line to get in, lululemon allows you to check in with a worker. Then the worker at door will text you and let know when it's your turn to shop! Other places there are long waits in lines with other people. Perfect if you are still trying to distance but plan a little extra time in your trip due to the limited amount of people allowed in the store. read more

I have been in several Lululemon stores and this one is pretty good sized (but not big enough to only have 1 in all of Nashville - city). Everyone that works there is really nice and helpful. They have someone helping out on the floor as well as someone helping with all the changing rooms - getting new sizes, colors and checking to see how you are doing. They have a decent selection of both mens and womens and this place always seems to be busy. Prices are standard, as they are with all Lulu stores. They usually have a sale rack in the back/middle but nothing to great there - just odd colors and sizes that they can't sell. It's in a super busy area of Green Hills (next to the Whole Foods) so you can use their free parking garage cause parking is hard to find on the street. read more

Lululemon falls short of all promises made on their website for service levels. I have always felt they were overpriced but heard of the quality of the product. Finally after a coworker gave me a gift card I figured I would buy a pair of 150 dollar pants. I tried on pants that felt great at the store but their sizes and colors are limited here. So I decided to order online. Unfortunately, the gift cards don't work online. I tried to call the service desk but was on hold for over an hour then tried to chat but that didn't work either. I read online the card may not have worked because it was not purchased at a Lulu store so went back to the store with the wife and used my gift card to buy a gift card that would work. Staff were nice but still needed to go online due to limited supply. Tried with the new gift card today and it does not work. Mind you I'm two drives and two babysitters in so I've probably racked up close to 300 bucks and 6 hours for these pants and tried contacting lulu and their system is under maintenance. I'm trying to spend 150 on pants and I can't find a single way to do it. The gift card was only 25 which might get me a sock from lulu but the lack of service from this company is mind boggling. read more

I am going to be meaner than Marcia's glowing review although I have mad love for her and absolutely agree with everything she says. Yes, the staff is super interactive, and they community information is very helpful. All those things being said, I can't get behind the painfully overpriced gear, poor parking and staff that just won't let a girl browse. There frankly aren't that many things in the store and the sizes are not inclusive. While the styles are cute, I sweat like I was in hot yoga rather than yoga because the material didn't pull moisture off well. I just don't get the appeal here other than the label. I'm a far bigger fan of Nordstrom's active wear where you can score from their yoga line for about 30% less with a no-hassle return/exchange/free alterations and any size you could need. read more

Why wouldn't I want to workout more often when I leave an amazing athletic shop that has friendly, upbeat and positive staff who not only keep the store maintained but clearly care about themselves and their own overall health? The clothing, equipment and staff create an atmosphere that makes me excited to go out and sweat... and feel confident & cute while doing so. Yoga mats: Lulu's 'The Mat' is the best yoga mat I have ever practiced on. Non-slip, durable, thick and comfortable for any asana, it's a must-have for beginners and serious yogis. Worth every single penny... twice! Yoga clothing: clothing TRULY meant for yoga, not clothing with a tag that says for yoga and clearly doesn't stand up to the task. I don't ever want to practice in anything else because of the way each item is designed to be twisted, worn upside down and sideways, soak up sweat and last forever. Why not 5 stars? I still find it extremely difficult (both monetarily and realistically speaking) to spend over $150 on a single workout outfit, and that's not including under-ware. Each and everytime I go into lulu I am greeted by an educator. They are extremely helpful and able to answer any question I may have. I came into this store once to see if I could exchange a pair of aligns which had a snag in the leg. An educator was able to swap them out for me without any problem. I came into the store today with my dog, we had a vet appointment in Nashville. I was looking to purchase a backpack which I saw on sale online. My dog was able to shop with me with no issue. And I was able to purchase the backpack on sale! read more

I just got home from the most invigorating Saturday morning experience OF MY LIFE. Complimentary hour long yoga class at lululemon......can you say HEAVEN!!! This was the best yoga practice I've ever experienced...and it was in a very comfortable environment. They kept the doors to the store open, played some good music, and let it flow!!! It was absolutely outstanding. As far as the products go....the mats are great, I'll definitely be making my way there to purchase one (probably this afternoon, whoops!). Their tanktops with built in support seem to be a godsend....I'm just trying to open my mind to the concept of spending $60 or so on one tanktop that I'll be sweating heavily in. next Saturday (Sept 10) they have a big yoga event in Centennial Park - practice starts at 9:30am and goes until 11! Horrible customer service at this location. I was in the store for 30-40 minutes and did not get asked once if I needed help. On top of that I had to let myself in a dressing room because the associate in the area wouldn't look at me as she was refolding items from previous try ons. I understand that it is hard to help everyone when it is a busier time, I however, do not understand receiving 0 indication that they were aware I was in the store. I will never visit this location again and will be driving further to go to the franklin location. read more

Alright I must admit first review and post on Lululemon been to several around the U.S. My husband first introduced me to Lululemon as he saw it on the stock markets. I've always been hard core at the gym and running the pavement but never really into the fashion side of working out, but Lululemon not only makes you look good working out but it makes you feel good as well. They have an excellent brand going and I hope it continues. I agree with other post some of the sales associates aren't the best but I know this location over time has gotten more friendly and more welcoming. read more

All Lululemon stores are pretty similar - I find the staff is what makes them. We've been going to this one for 2 years. Last year, the "eds" were the sweetest group of people; they always remembered my kids, got the toys out for them, gave my daughter a gift card holder, knew their names etc. We came in once a week or every other week. They knew my husband and I and where we worked, always asked how crossfit was going, knew what products we liked and didn't try to sell us on random things. The "eds" there now, with the exception of Ciona (she has been there since we started going there), are very arrogant and unfriendly. We have actually stopped going nearly as often. It has become such an impersonal experience, and I know, it is a retail store so that is not a requirement. The men with ponytails, I think there are 2 now are probably the worst, most unfriendly - my husband generally wears lulu into the store, yet they "educate him" on the exact shorts he is wearing (nice effort I guess). Really hate that it has become a lame experience, especially since we drive an hour to go there. Lastly, they used to have great markdowns...now, it is just crap, never have any speed shorts (awesome since it's 90 here in TN), men's stuff is few and far between. read more

Tart sales girl. I have purchased and loved this store for years. This year though the merchandise is all muted, black, white and dull. I told the girl to suggest they add color to their merchandise. I got a snide remark about them following trends, and they have designers and what color do I want. She basically told my friend and I that our opinion does not matter. The store used to be so friendly. It used to have such cute plaids, flowers, polkadots, unique things. Now it is bland and boring with rude sales girl. There is a bunch of competitive athletic wear out there. You only can wear so much black. read more

I felt it important to post this in case anyone else was ever in this area and ventured into Lululemon. I sought out this particular shopping area for the sole purpose of buying some new yoga wear for my daughter and I. I drove in from out of town and shop in Nashville often.I browsed the store, picking out many things to try on. No one ever asked if I needed a room, my arms were finally so full I looked for someone to help me with a room and I asked to use the ladies room before getting started. The initial response I received from the sales associate was, "we don't have a restroom!" Followed by "well we do but it's used as a stockroom and even WE have to walk to Whole Foods (outside down the block) to go to the bathroom." First, I think lying to customers is a terrible business practice. Second, if in fact it's NOT just an outright lie, making your employees walk to Whole Foods EVERY time they must use a restroom is not good time management. Third, I would've respected more had she apologized and said they didn't allow her to let customers use it, although I disagree, it would've been polite and honest. Lulu, you just lost a solid $1000 sale tonight and possibly future sales from this previously loyal customer, as I definitely WILL NOT be going back to that location!! I guess customer service isn't important at this location. It was a simple request from a patron of your store. I promptly went next door to H.Audrey where they were more than happy to allow me to use their restroom...and although I didn't get my yoga clothes yet, I spent my money there tonight and they told me of another store to go to for athletic wear tomorrow! read more

Just walked in not knowing it was 5 minutes before official opening time on a Sunday. The door was open so I figured it was fine. As soon as I walk in, two of the workers are on the massage table and kick me out for 5 minutes. If you're not open, maybe you shouldn't have your doors open. Got a gift for my birthday. Stuff did not fit and went by to exchange for something to work. They said over two week from purchase can't take it back or exchange it for something that fit. I am going to agree with BethAnn. Although they have nice things, the asociates doesn't make you feel very inviting. The items are very overpriced and good luck on finding a parking space. If you need to speak with an associate by phone, you can forget it. The recording says to leave a message and the will get back to you within 24 hours. As much as they charge for their items, you would think they could pay someone to answer the phone. I had to drive 45 min. back to their store just to get my question answered because I was off of work that day, not 24 hours later. I believe that I am going to stick to nike. They are much more reasonably priced and there is someone to answer the phone when you have a question. read more

The policy they have in place regarding the tags being removed or in this case accidentally removed is not very consumer friendly. Tried to exchange 2 pairs of shorts for a different size from Xmas and both shorts were the same size bought on the same receipt and they refused to exchange the pair where the tags were accidentally removed. This should have been a situation where common sense and saving customer loyalty should have been practiced. The first time I went here I did not have that positive of an experience. No one really reached out to help, or say hi at least (the girl that rang me up though was very sweet and helpful). However, the second time I was here someone immediately greeted me and left me to shop without pressuring me. They just practice a "don't bother the customer" type of service which I don't mind, but I like to at least be acknowledged I'm alive and in their establishment when I am buying expensive goods, haha. Had a great experience too in the fitting room- the girl was very nice and helpful. read more
