Above all else, customer service is truly unmatched. The owner (I believe he's the owner at least) ALWAYS answers the phone. A few different times, he's met me at the Peoria vending machine when I was having an issue. He's even gone back to their office after hours on a Friday to send out my order so I could get it on Saturday.. instead of having to wait til Monday. Like I said, I've been a customer for years and will continue to be.
