I'm hitting 30 this upcoming June and ever since December I've been focused on my health and wellness and this month, I decided to incorporate supplements into my regimen. I always get so scared to purchase supplements because I really have no clue what I am doing or if I'm going to enjoy what I am purchasing . I came in on Tuesday and Roxanne assisted me with my needs. She was not persistent at all just warm and welcoming she Let me browse around before asking questions, I enjoyed this a lot cause it gave me time to build the confidence to ask valuable questions without sounding like such a newbs. Supplements and Fitness could be scary at first but my experience with Roxanne made me want to finish my products and come back to give her my review ASAP ! The preworkout the sales personal recommended did not work for me what so ever and on top of it, it has a horrible taste. So I called and try to see what they can do for me all they said was they could give me 15 percent off witch is nothing. I just threw $50 down the drain. Why would I go back and and spend more money on them. Other stores at least give you store credit. I really don't recommend this shop. If I could give them negative stars I would. I wish I would of found this spot sooner but better late than never. Not the biggest shop but they definitely know what they're doing. They don't have house brands to push on you which is a big plus! They offer a good selection of supps and have what you will need. Great prices, for example Bangs are always 12 for $20! And they price match which is hard to find anywhere. I was a hardcore shopper at a big OC store until I saw they were not what they appear to be but N4L is the real deal. Honest, good products, and the best prices. I go to school in Whittier and was looking around to try and find a place I can get some pre-workout at :) !! I stumbled upon this new store near my school & was super surprised at all the stuff they had! I was never really an avid gym-goer, so I was confused as to what to get! Most stores I have been too for nutrition supplements never made me comfortable, and ai felt like half the time people tried selling me things I really did not need.
