I came into the shop today for a return from another Nutrishop in Norco. I was apprehensive about coming in because I didn't have a receipt for my purchase and was worried I would get stuck with supplements I didn't need. I knew it was possible that I wouldn't receive an exchange because I did not have the receipt, but I did have a copy of my body scan from the day I did make the purchases, which allowed me to give some credibility to my claim. The girl at the desk was super friendly and welcoming. After explaining my situation to her, she was able to resolve my problem. She allowed me to do the exchange because the products were not open and unused. Since they were of equal value, it wasn't an issue. I am super appreciative of her helpfulness. This'll be my new supplement shop away from Norco. read more

I Don't recommend coming to this place. As soon as I walked in I was approached with street terminology. The employee kept asking me a bunch of questions regarding what I was looking for. I understand, it's part of there job to ask questions and make a sale. It just felt to pushy. Also when I looked at the shakers there were very dusty. The guy working there had smart remarks. I checked out this place on their vitamins and health goods. Nice store I discovered that sells tons of different vitamins and supplements. I was impressed with the different kinds of supplements. I purchased a few vitamins and all. Great staff and good healthy supplies. read more

First I want to say that I had never heard of Nutrishop before until I walked into a 24 hour fitness. There were two ladies standing in a booth promoting supplements. I walked up to their booth because I was genuinely curious about their supplement. I had a conversation with a brunette lady and she made me feel judged about the supplements I was currently taking. I walked away from the booth but then returned to taste the protein powder they were also promoting. As I walked up to the booth again the two ladies were gossiping, I had to get their attention by asking them a question. Both ladies again made me feel like I was wasting their time and wasn't serious about buying anything. I asked if they were giving out cups ( I saw they gave out cups to people without asking them any questions) when I asked for one they told me they were only giving it out to people who are willing to go to their store to buy because they get commission. These two ladies work at this specific location , one was a red head and another brunette. I also want to mention that the brunette lady was looking at me up and down as she was talking to me. read more

Came in the other day I noticed it was a new location by my house and I am so happy about the fact that the customer service was on point. Benny greeted me as soon as I walked in asked me what my goals were and got me on the InBody machine, he actually took the time to answer all my questions and had genuine recommendations. Went here looking for some casein protien. Gave me good information on the brand and supplement. They also let me try out a scoop of the chocolate protein I was looking at.
