She has seen me through some tough days; with Covid-19 and suddenly working from my home; I started to feel very alone. I participated in the phone calls and it helped; but as I became more depressed I eventually derailed from the plan. Once I was able to return to face-to-face visits it has helped; and I have nearly lost the weight I gained back. Lana is truly my inspiration and I am finding staying on the plan much easier this second time around. I enjoy some Profile food more than other items. I try to mix it up and keep an open mind. Lana keeps me motivated and reminds me there is "no looking back in the rear view mirror".
