I booked online was given 36 minutes . The time kept getting pushed back. I booked for two appointments one for me and my son . There's was no one in the lobby and my son went first . Then other people started to arrive and then the manager Tiffany called someone else without any explanation to me when I said I was next. She said I wasn't and proceeded to take someone else . Then when another hairstylist was available after she completed my son's hair they called another person. I mentioned I was skipped over twice and the response was "okay" with attitude and disgust that I would even have a complaint. I will not come here ever again . even the screen that has the names and times wasn't plugged in so there was no way of tracking where in line I was . Maybe next time when a customer doesn't understand the line protocol you would take time to explain instead of argue and try to embarrass someone in a store filled with people.
