The therapy was like a combo of detox, massage with applied pressure and HIGH heat. It has low, medium and high setting mind you you're wrapped up and drenched from head to toe when you're done. What I loved most was the attentiveness and care Camille took with me. Explaining everything. Made me feel comfortable. Checked in on me during the session. Helped me get fluids in (because you can't move that much with the wraps). Camille is truly so sweet and I would love to do future sessions with her.
