They lived up to their promise to get me the system that I wanted for my truck. originally the manufacturer of the alarm system I purchased sent the wrong item, so they installed it with the temporary parts to meet my deadline before I left for vacation, and as soon as I came back they scheduled me to install the correct system all within the original quoted price. No static or any interference noise. Clean sound. Prices were great and they were friendly from what I was told. That's the good. The bad... see pictures posted. The door panels were not put back correctly. It wasn't a missed/careless mistake because all four panels were put back wrong! So if all four was put back wrong, either someone noticed and didn't care, or they didn't know how to do it. I can see the gaps between the window and panel from standing outside my car. My car is not the most fun car to work on. I seem to be the odd review so I'd still check them out, but check their work.

On top of that, I was informed I would need to sign a waiver before they would tint the front windshield. To be fair, the quality of the tint job was good.
