He was VERY friendly and helpful, and it seemed that he was still in training. But no worries, because Eddie came to assist him and completed my MANY questions about the covers I was interested in. I finally settled on a leather-looking seat covers with tan imitation ostrich panels (side bolsters). Eddie was very thorough about my special order, and he made absolutely sure that the covers would fit BY CALLING the supplier/maker, mainly because these covers were VERY pricey. He told me that they would arrive in a couple of weeks. The covers came about 10 days or so later. Josh set up the appointment and I was on time with my limited production 2025 Toyota GR86 Hakone Edition, 1 of 860 produced in the United States. My car had tan stitching all over her black interior, and I wanted to make sure it would match. Owner Daryl and Eddie quickly and methodically installed the covers while I browsed next door at Sportsman's Warehouse. After about 45 minutes, I decided to go back to Motor Sheep and wait it out. Another 10 minutes go by, and Eddie returns from the back and informs me that my car was done. I go out and take a look at their work. My jaw dropped to the asphalt because (1) I COULD NOT believe how GREAT the covers looked, and (2) the tan panels PERFECTLY matched the tan stitching of the interior. Really, it was as though the car came stock from the factory looking like that !! I know these guys probably struggled to get them on, because the covers were on TIGHTLY, with no visible sags, looseness or flaws. From the time I initially walked in their shop doors, to me driving away sitting on my new covers, I was treated with respect, patience and professionalism. So if you want to protect your investment, and are looking to install some great-looking seat covers, I highly, HIGHLY, suggest you give Motor Sheep a try. (Note: When we bought our minivan 7 years ago, we got seat covers from them as well. They were located near the Meadowood Mall back then, and were treated with the same professionalism. The employee was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, we ordered the covers, they took about 4 weeks to make (which was how long they estimated). Installation took about 2 hours and they did a fantastic job. The employee went above and beyond helping me with the kids car seats, taking them out and putting them back in nice and snug after the seat covers were installed. They even cleaned my seats before installing the seat covers like I'd asked them. Thank you!! Very happy with the fit. They are nice and tight! Wow has it been a while since I purchased wiper blades…read more The last time I did I swear they were $20 a pair. Now they are sold separately because driver and passenger blades are each different sizes. AND can range from $17 to $75 each. O'Reilly's had a convenient book in the wiper section for me to look up the size. Although it did take a few minutes to figure out the D and P after the serial numbers. Upon checking out the staff offered to help me install them. I appreciated the offer but said I needed to learn. Ya, 10 minutes later I went back in and took the help. The old ones were original and had been crusted on for 5 plus years and I Just couldn't get a grip tight enough to remove them. But sliding on the new ones was a breeze. Thanks to the staff for the assistance without any judging. See in another five years for another set.

Summit took my word and sent me a replacement. They also gave me a discount on the gasket as my old one was wrecked in the corse of dealing with the defective valve cover.

Dear Sirs, On April…read more17 2026 I had my tires replaced by your store (#0708) ( work order 222857). first of all the tires we not purchased at pep boys and that i was only using you store to have them installed. Upon arrival at the store my vehicle (2017 BMW X5M - VIN 5ymkt6c33hou39186) was in perfect working order with smooth and powerful acceleration. The vehicle was left with the General Manager (Dan S). According to the work order the tires were installed by your employee Josiah A. Upon leaving the facility, within 200 yards i noticed an immediate issue with poor traction, and a distinct vibration coming from the rear of the vehicle. I returned the next day (April 18th)and again spoke with the General Manager. He suggested that perhaps the tires were not balanced correctly and offered that i bring my vehicle back in on that next Monday on April 21st. I returned to vehicle on that date, and the Gneral Manager stated the tires had been rebalanced and that there was nothing else he could do. I again left the facility and again within 200 yards noticed the same issue as before. On April 23rd yesterday, I had an routine appointment to have my BMW X5M brakes serviced at a certified BMW repair shop here in Reno and asked them to take another look at the vibration and loss of power train traction. The owner (certified BMW mechanic) immediately noticed that the rear end of the vehicle had been "torqued" beyond factor specifications. His obvious opinion that the car had been taken beyond its normal driving pattern and that significant damage had been done to the drive train and rear end of the vehicle. It is quite simple explantion: you employee had taken a high end expensive and very powerful vehicle to a "joy ride" after the tires we installed. That your employee has done significant damage to a very expensive vehicle (MSRP $130,000). The damage will most likely be into the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN REPAIRS. I am reaching out to legal representation. I am also reaching out to your regional manager of the Reno area immediately. I am also going to copy and paste this email to every and any social media website and online reviews in the area to let you everyone know that your employees and your company caused significant damage to my vehicle. Do not try to say: "Sorry sir, let us give you a free oil change." or "Well, because you did not buy the tires from us, we are not responsible for the ride quality." I have found it to be well-staffed with knowledgeable and polite people, bright, very clean, and with plenty of parts in stock. I have mainly used to buy automotive accessory items, like hand cleaner, which I use to remove the sticky adhesive left by hook grip tape on my thumbs from weightlifting, or a magnetic extension back scratcher. For some reason, I get back itches in difficult-to-reach places, and I keep these squirreled away everywhere, like in my bathroom, gym bag, near my bed, near my computer, etc. I have bought these backscratchers here a lot, so much so that I now see they have like six in stock, when most O'Reilly's have just one or two, lol. That's the thing, you not only can find automotive parts and tools here as expected, but also eclectic accessory items, like the aforementioned back scratchers, USB chargers, keychains, carabiners, even refrigerated drinks. It's fun to shop here. A good thing about this, any O'Reilly Auto Parts is that they offer free electrical testing, like to see the state of your battery and alternator. They also do starters, but those must be off the vehicle for them to test. I have used them in the past to diagnose whether I have a weak battery or my alternator is actually the problem. And they can jump start you, for free, if need be. They can be a little difficult to access if you are traveling south on Longley Lane, as you first need to turn left onto Patriot Way (due to a cement barrier on Longley preventing left turns), then right onto a private plaza roadway. The O'Reilly can be hard to find, as there isn't a large sign on this back road, and it is easy to turn into the businesses beforehand from which you can't access O'Reilly. But this is a small price to pay for going to this wonderful location. I love coming here!

You can check online to see what parts are in stock and this location often seems to always have what we're looking for. They have no problem with. Extra calls to confirm what they've got, peeking at parts before you buy them, returns...all the transactions are easy. Staff are great: friendly, helpful, kind. I like this spot.

They even threaded a bolt and then gave me a free work order form.to go to another ship that replaces them. The best part its a local shop. So they support other locals. They got us in right away, fixed the bolt and we were on our way. They are always honest about my tires amd its safety. As a female I trust and feel they support me without trying to sell me things I dont need. They even would tell me when they recommend a tire change. Never making you feel forced. I rotate the tires twice a year, or as needed. They monitor its health and once a new one is needed, I order it online and book the appointment. A Cautionary Tale. Discount for a Reason…read more Had these guys install my winter tires, which were already on rims. Simple swap. The previous shop that put the summer tires on cross threaded 1 bolt. This shop contacted me and informed me they would have to break the bolt to get the wheel on. Understandable. Go ahead. I had the lug and stud replaced by my usual shop. No issue. the shop did find one that Discount Tire put on that was broken. that was replaced too. (~$200 fix, keep this in mind) Fast forward to May. I want my summer tires on. I get the tools to do it myself (~$200 for the tools) After attempting to remove a single wheel myself, i discovered 2 cross threaded bolts. I stopped and ended up taking it to a shop. HERE IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT 5 BOLTS WERE SEVERELY CROSS THREADED. To the point where the shop working on it called me to inform me that the initial estimate of $345 would now have to be $691. I even went and bought the correct studs and lugs for them to replace the broken ones. So in total, of the 20 lugs and studs on my car, they managed to ruin 6 of them. 30% of the parts holding my wheels on were effectively broken. Imagine getting a flat somewhere, With all those cross threaded bolts you couldn't change the tire. You would have been stranded. In total, costing me OVER A GRAND to fix their botched wheel swap. Because they didn't thread the lugs on correctly and just jammed the lugs into the wheel with the air wrench and called it a day. This is one of the most basic operations of a wheel/tire shop. And they can't do that right. Do not take your vehicle here, it's a discount now, but you get what you pay for. and in my case, I now have a bag of completely ruined lugs and studs, and down $1k. I have made it a point to warn everyone I know never to use this shop.
