They said the tire repair would be free. That's very nice. I had to leave the tire there as they were really busy. Within two hours, they called back and said that the tire was not repairable. They asked me to call them and they would help me get another tire. I returned the next day, and they brought the tire to my vehicle and the rim . Buying a tire, however, I do have a road hazard agreement with Bill Pierce Honda so it was not necessary. Bill Pierce verified that the tire was not repairable . Fast friendly courteous can't ask for more. I should've checked to see the price of the tire. To see if it was a good value.

They got us in right away, fixed the bolt and we were on our way. They are always honest about my tires amd its safety. As a female I trust and feel they support me without trying to sell me things I dont need. They even would tell me when they recommend a tire change. Never making you feel forced. I rotate the tires twice a year, or as needed. They monitor its health and once a new one is needed, I order it online and book the appointment. They didn't have any openings that day, so after calling around, I called them back and scheduled an appointment for the next day (June 30). They told me any time after 11:00 a.m. would work, so I scheduled my appointment for 4:30 p.m. since I get off work at 4:00. I arrived at 4:28 p.m., parked my car, and walked up to the front door only to find the business locked. I checked the time to make sure I wasn't early or late, then waited in my car for over 30 minutes thinking someone might have stepped away. During that time, I repeatedly called the business, but no one answered. This alignment was important because I had just replaced both CV axles and needed to have the alignment done afterward. I work long hours and have very little free time, so showing up for a scheduled appointment only to find the business closed with no notice was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, this was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If you schedule an appointment here, be aware that your time may not be respected.
