My lower back/hip has been hurting so I decided to schedule a massage on my day off the day after Thanksgiving. My last massage I finally found someone I liked, I was going to book Chris again however she's no longer available and I think it's because she's not with Elements anymore since I checked a few days. *update* I checked online again and see Chris listed as a therapist, maybe she didn't do 90 min massages anymore or the days I picked I was unlucky sigh. Well I went to yelp to find my next person, Annalee, there were greats reviews for her. Boy was I wrong! I was called back late by 3 mins, the clock in the room was not visible when I started. So having knowing that I gave Annalee the benefit of the doubt, the longer pauses in between during my massage maybe she was grabbing something in between etc. at one point I lifted my head to check and saw a bright light where the warm towels are and thought oh maybe the door was being opened. After I turned over I felt like my massage was getting progressively worse. The room was cold, there was a fan blowing the entire time. I usually don't ask for it to be turned off since I know the therapist probably prefers it and I have a warmed bed. But I did start feeling the air hit me probably since my face isn't in the headrest anymore. The pauses between areas continued, and I opened my eyes to see a very bright light again in the corner, I believe she's been checking her cellphone throughout my massage since there was no reason to access the warm towels. The massage just felt like rubbing, no technique or effort like other therapists. My massage on one side did not match the same "rubbing" on the next. My lower back and hip pain did get better so I did still tip, however not the full amount I usually do. I would not recommend Annalee. Another upside is that she didn't have an additional topper for her prenatal massage clients. I'm pretty petite so it didn't really fit my body well. Probably best for those over 5'4"? Tip checking in on Yelp gets you $20 off your massage! Doesn't really apply if you have a membership like me, but you could use it on upgraded massages. Staff is nice, I'd give Elements Massage overall a 4.5 due to my last few experiences but my massage today, I'm giving it a 2. read more

Five stars all the way. I went in for a 60 Minute massage with aromatherapy. This was the best massage I have found in Las Vegas. I don't know why I waited so long to visit. I was immediately greeted upon walking in. The receptionist were so friendly. I completed my paperwork online so I didn't have to come in early, but I still showed up 10 to 15 minutes before my appointment as it was my first time there. I saw a woman with a cup which made me remember that I had forgotten my water. They suggest that you bring a refillable water bottle with you, but oh well. Walking in, the decor is very simple. They had a table with coffee on it and festive decor. It was very quiet. Front desk customer service was an A+! Massage- Chris was really awesome! She put pressure exactly where it was needed. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I I'm so glad that my PT recommended a massage. It was much needed and I picked out a great place with great people! read more

My membership is going great! I love how we're able to share it with family and friends. When I accumulate 2-3, I share it with my bf and it's so easy to do. Sabrina is always awesome. I tried another two therapists and they both have their specialties. Joleen is amazing at getting those extremely tense muscles feeling like jello! I had muscles that were hard as a rock and she was able to get unknotted. If you enjoy intense pressure and can tolerate it, then she's great! She really enjoys getting into the root of the pain. She was very knowledgeable about the different muscle groups. Kelly is also amazing! Her massages were more on the relaxing side while still paying attention to my pain points. She worked with me when I told her that I would mainly like to focus on my neck and shoulders. I felt great after and my headache went away. So far my experience with every therapist has been great. Make sure you read their bios because it will go over their specialties. Some might be better at like medical massages versus relaxation massages. read more

When I was there last time my masseuse met me 10 mins late and ended my session 10 mins early. The massage itself was good as I remember but the technique wasn't good. I didn't feel sore the next day. I had 1.5hr massage. The receptionist was going to charge me extra since she couldn't see the total hours I had. She said she couldn't see it bc my membership was with the W. Tropical Pkwy location. I had a 2 hr massage today with Danny. I told him my back, shoulders, and neck needed the most attention and I want him to really work on them and I want to feel sore the next day. He offered to use a massage gun on me. I have one at home and I was there for a real massage. He was a nice guy but he didn't focus much on neck and shoulders. He didn't work on shoulder blades. There wasn't much work done on my back. Towards the end I asked how much longer did we have, he said 1 min. Then he rushed to give my neck more attention and deeper pressure. But I was pretty much done and kinda disappointed. I still tipped him anyways, but won't come back again. Right now my back doesn't feel better than when I first came in for the massage. I will have to get another hr next week just for these aforementioned areas. I've had so many massages over the years. A good deep tissue masseuse knows where the tension is and knots are located at. Good masseuses know the techniques and they can relieve the pain. Unfortunately, it's hard to find good masseuses at Elements Massage. This particular place doesn't have water in the lobby. They have it in the hallway. You will have to go inside the hallway to get it. Elements Massage in general does have ridiculous cancellation policy. Also, each place is owned by a different owner. Sometimes, it is hard for them to look up your total hours on your account if you don't have a membership there with them, they will just blame it on where you have your membership at. They book sessions back to back. I walked in the room today and smelled like body sweat from the previous client. There was even an air purifier next to the massage table in the room. I guess it's time for me to find another massage place. read more

I am a new member at EM; and I love how liberating & cool the member perks are! My husband qualifies under my member rates w/o any silly rules. I used to be a member at another massage franchise, and disliked having to pay $10 fee just to transfer my hour to my husband. Besides the annoying fees, I could only transfer my massage once every six months to my husband. I also really enjoyed the ambiance & and the location of EM. It is in the SW corner of W. Charleston Blvd & Ft. Apache Rd. There are a ton of parking spaces, being that it is located in a huge strip mall. Convenient location is not the only highlight, I also really appreciate how friendly & knowledgeable the front desk specialists are. My LMT was Danny today; and he was very attentive, respectful, and professional! What a wonderful experience it was! I feel like there's a lack of transparency with the duration of the massage. A 90 minute massage was more like 70-75 minutes and a 60 minute massage is 45-50 minutes. The problem is that they are booked back to back and the therapists don't have enough time from one appointment to another. And if the therapist gets behind, then the next customer gets penalized on their session...to be fair I went twice and happened both times. The front desk people were nice and the massage was ok but overall service and value did not meet my expectations but I'm giving it 3 stars and that's being generous (employees were nice). read more

From the check in process to the check out process, everything was top notch. Luke was the therapist I needed, he made me comfortable and was extremely kind and warm. Sabrina The MONSTER! I would like to start off by saying, you are not ready for deep tissue with Sabrina. I though I was ready for deep tissue, but I was incredibly wrong. I move people regularly, I lift hundreds of pounds off the floor, climb hundreds of flights, and still casually go to the gym. Sometimes I feel like my muscles need a good mangling. My wife scheduled me a visit with Sabrina for a deep tissue massage. I met Sabrina, I was like- "I hope your strong". I was sorely mistaken, this woman has the hands of a Greek Goliath. She started digging deep into my tense muscles, I had to tell her to chill. Her hands are something not to mess with. I really enjoyed her company, work ethic, communication, and overall experience. I did call and let them know I was on my way. I didn't realize this was a chain. Friendly greeting when I walked in. The space is very relaxing once inside. I booked my appointment for Justin, since he received some good reviews here. I explained that I carried most of my tension in my upperback, neck, and shoulders. He then went to work and though I didn't say my left shoulder was bothering me, he was able to assess and worked a little more on that side. I dozed off at least half a dozen times which was good! Justin was great! Since this was my first visit, I got the $89 introductory rate for the 90 minute massage. Very nice! I do plan to come back if I am in the area. First time going to elements massage, and I wasn't very impressed. My massage therapist was very kind, but didn't really work my body as I expected. It was more of a relaxation instead of a therapeutic massage. Aside from that, my appointment was for an hour and I was finished an entire 10 minutes early. We got gift cards to try this place and we were so excited. I really appreciate a good massage for sore muscles. Unfortunately, both my spouse and I would never consider buying a membership with this place, nor would we recommend it to anyone despite good prices. This place is basically a business that keeps on going nonstop. Being a physician, I might as well have been going to a milder form of an urgent care. I had a 90 minute massage and not even three minutes later, my therapist was calling the next person in. They were booked all day. No massage therapist can do a phenomenal job when people are booked back to back with only a five minute break in between at the most. It just doesn't work. I was less than impressed with my massage. Not one bit of it felt relieving. I just lay there and really wasn't understanding what this person was doing because the massage was just so ineffective and they were concentrating on areas I did not have issues with. My spouse wanted a deeper tissue massage and felt like the guy at times was resting his elbows on him because it was obvious he was that tired, and my spouse explained that the guy massaged his upper back and areas that my spouse made clear were not the problem they were having, so again it was pretty much a 90 minute waste of time. Honestly, I would much rather pay the $160 to have a 50 minute massage for the $220 to have an 80 minute massage on the strip, because I find they do a way better job from my personal experience. Maybe we had bad massage therapist, but overall we would not consider this place nor recommend it to anyone. Total let down. read more
