My allergies were acting really bad so decided to try this place and try their salt room. I was so glad I did. When you walked in you can feel relaxed already not sure what it was but calming. The front desk lady is super friendly and accommodating as this was my first time here. They also had a December deals which I opt in. I did the Halotheraphy in the Salt Room and it helped so good and gave me some relief with my allergies. Just went in the room and relax. They have a cubby to put your stuff if you want or carry them with you but they might get some salt in them. You can bring your phone but make sure to have a headset or airpod out of respect for other people who's there to get that full relaxation in the salt room. They have shoe covers if you want to wear your shoes inside but I wanted to feel the salts so took my shoe off and walked around barefoot inside. Lauren greeted us when we walked in. We filled out some paper work then waited for our session to begin. There is one room with 10 white "pleather" seats and foot rests. You can keep your clothes on but not your shoes. Pink Himalayan salt covers the floor and walls. The salt shoots out of the holes on the rock wall at the front of the room. Sit back, relax, absorb the benefits while meditation music is playing. Try to breathe in the air...Some people may cough or sneeze...this is totally normal. Yesterday, I had an amazing start to my day. As a first timer to the spa experience for more than a foot massage, I was greeted (her name escapes me but she was very nice), and treated with a tour of the salt room for Halo treatments and informed of some of the benefits of the treatment, as well as an introduction to their other products (soaps, crystals, etc) and membership options. At no point in time did I feel it was overbearing or sales mongering in any way, which was super nice. I had the privilege of experiencing my first Himalayan Salt Scrub massage by Erica. She was amazing. She was gentle yet firm, soft spoken, and appeared to really care about the care she gave. The room was dimly lit, with a salt wall illuminated by backlighting and candles, and soothing music. There was also a leather couch in the corner that was a bit low to the ground for my taste, but I spent little to no time using it so it was not of consequence. After my salt scrub, I opted in for a Reiki Energy Cleanse by Lauralee. Was my first time experiencing anything like it. I don't think I was prepared for the outpouring of emotion that came with this treatment. It was MUCH needed, and I am very thankful for the experience. She talked me through old emotional scars and pent up emotions that were wreaking havoc on my body. Admittedly, I was in a bit of a daze the rest of the day, but she did explain to me that was a possibility - nothing a good night's sleep didn't fix. Overall, the experience was great. My only suggestion is to offer cups bigger than a paper shot glass for water, it was a bit uncomfortable asking for more water because the dispenser was in the front waiting room, and there were also no trash cans in the back areas to discard the paper cups, tissue, etc. I also feel like for the price, some light snacks could have been provided as well (seen at previous spa locations I have browsed). This was my first time at the Salt Room after moving here, and this experience was exactly what I needed. The facial was super relaxing and even though I had extractions the esthetician didn't extract super hard and painful like other places. I have no clue if it was her technique or a product she used but it was amazing. As for the halo therapy room, I learned that the treatment was equivalent to being at the beach for 3 hours. This is great for living in Las Vegas since there is no beach. When you go inside the room you can't wear any shower and they have lounge chairs that recline with foot rests. As the therapy goes on the air in the room was pretty salty. As a mom of 2 this was perfect quiet time for myself. I would definitely go again. read more

My sister and I came here for a spa day. I loved the women that worked on me, their personalities were awesome but I did not love my facial. My sister wasn't incredibly happy. We purchased the massage, salt room and facial, and I think my massage was great. Ellie did mine. My sister got someone different and was not thrilled. I do want to say that the service was excellent meaning the way were treated, but the services, I dont think I got a facial. I'm not sure what happened. There was a lot of hot towels and cotton on my eyes, mists and rubbing it. It smelled good? The lady that did it was really nice and really clean, sweet, but I expected something different. I absolutely loved my massage lady and think she's awesome, but the rest, I'm not sure was worth what we paid. I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review so I could genuinely share my experience here and how I feel. The first couple times I came here for Halotherapy I thought it was "cool". I liked the idea of the salt therapy but it just felt like something to do and try at the moment that was new. I am someone who has a very hard time relaxing, I'm stressed out often, and had problems with post nasal drip that would last for a long time after any cold. It's been 2 months that I've been coming here and really "leaving my stress" at the door and it works!!!! I come here, sit in that room, close my eyes, and just breathe the air. It took me a handful of times to be able to relax and now it happens automatically. I practice my breathing and meditate as I sit peacefully in my comfy chair. ; ) I 10/10 recommend The Salt Room. Not only have I found my place of peace, but the staff is also INCREDIBLY kind and sweet. They always greet you with a smile and are happy to check you in. I really do love this place. I decided to sign up for the membership after I realized how helpful and beneficial this was for me. Please try this place if you're on the fence about it and go a handful of times before you make a decision whether or not it fully works for you. Went here on a friend date! This place was amazing! We did the Halotherapy which had a sale going on for buy one get one free! The ambiance from the moment you walk in the door is so serene. The entire staff was very friendly from the lady working the front desk to the masseuse walking around greeting you with their peaceful energy. This was our first time so they request you come early to fill out paperwork which is a form with standard questions typically asked before any type of massage. The waiting area had seating as well as a beautiful display of salt lamps for sale in all different shapes and sizes. There was also an area by the front desk that had a variety of items for sale such as soaps, scents, candles, and so much more to support your self care era! The Halotherapy session itself was pure divine! There are 10 comfortable reclining chairs inside the room. From floor to ceiling it is covered with Himalayan salt. Before your session starts the overcom will come on with a brief overview of the room and the benefits it provides. After that the generator will start and filter salt through the air. It is a 45 minute session and I swear I needed more time! It was so relaxing and I did deep breathing to get the salt filtering through my system. I went in there a bit stuffy from the bad air quality we've been having lately and immediately cleared up as the session got going. I ended up drifting into a deep mediation and snored a bit! I definitely recommend headphones since there may be others in the room and some people tend to cough with the salt. It's completely normal but if you plan on meditating it would be nice to block out the noise and maybe have your own guided meditation going. There is soft music playing in the background which was really nice. For attire, I recommend wearing something comfortable, athleisure is fine since you may get some salt particles on your clothes. It wipes right off from my experience. There are little cubbies for you to leave your stuff right outside the room. It isn't locked but we were assured the only people going back there are those with appointments. You have the option to bring your belongings with you but it runs the risk of getting salt all over it. You also have the option of taking your shoes off and leaving them in the cubby, or keeping them on and putting shoe covers over them that they provide. I recommend leaving your shoes off because the ground is covered with salt and it really helps with grounding. Overall, this was such an amazing experience.
