The location is clean, professional, centrally located, and has plenty of convenient parking, which made the entire experience stress-free from the start. What impressed me most was that I didn't even have a reservation. I simply walked in and was able to get an appointment with Julie, and I'm so glad I did. Julie is a true massage therapist in every sense of the word. She was extremely thorough and provided a complete full-body massage from head to toe. Every muscle group, every joint, and every area that needed attention was addressed with skill and care. Her energy was fantastic, and at no point did the massage feel rushed. She took her time, listened to what my body needed, and delivered one of the most comprehensive massages I've experienced. The hot stones were amazing, and the aromatic oils added an extra level of relaxation that made the entire session feel luxurious. Unassuming building but nice inside the suite. Lots of massage rooms and clean. We were in town and opted to go here vs expensive hotels since they have great prices and reviews. Couples massage was $160 total. Therapists said very little but customized massages to our linings. Body scrub and hot stones felt great. We'll visit again next time we're in Vegas. read more

Best massage I've ever had (and I've had a zillion in my life)! Nana is absolutely magical. I came in a month ago and since then (even after leaving my last Google review) my body has been healing tremendously. I've had chronic back pain for the last 10 years, and she has made a real difference If you deal with consistent back pain, I genuinely recommend seeing her every month (even twice a month if you can). She does deep tissue / trigger point work that can be intense (sometimes uncomfortable / borderline painful), especially when she's working through stubborn knots, but if you can breathe through it, the knots will release and your back truly feels like it's healing! That said, you can absolutely ask for what you need. I personally request very deep pressure (like a level 10) from Nana because I know my body can handle it, and I want that deep release, but Nana is extremely easy to talk to and will adjust immediately if you want lighter pressure or any modifications. She listens, applies feedback in the moment, and makes you feel totally comfortable speaking up. Run, don't walk!!!!! read more

I'm giving this place a one star review... 1. I was not given a gender preference nor was I let known that I would be given a male masseuse. 2. Most importantly when he moved to my legs he was moving his hands way too close on my upper inner thigh. Also when I flipped over this person was practically massaging my breasts and was easily less than an inch away from my areolas. Overall way too close for comfort and I left very uncomfortable and unsettled. At the time I did not feel comfortable speaking up but after processing what I experienced I felt the need to change my review. Also I only originally put a better review because the "hot stones" would only be "free" if I left a review and I did not want to be charged for it even though I never said I was okay with the add on. The person at the front desk walked us to the massage room, before he left he said something along the lines of, " free hot stones if you leave a google review" and crossed off the box for the hot stones on the paper that was given to us to check in, then he shut the door before I could say anything. This was my first time here but I have gone to many different places for messages and I have always been given a gender preference and have never been touched like that before. I don't recommend this place. (I was not able to get the front desk person's name or the male masseuse's name) I know that I booked the appointment very last minute but my husband did get a female masseuse and either way that person should not have placed his hands so close to my private areas. Do not come here!! I'm truly left without words about what I experienced. After dinner on Friday evenings, I thought of how I wanted a massage and as I looked online I saw Massage Well. It had a great rating, so I called them and they took walk-ins. I arrived and was instantly greeted, and within minutes I was taken back to the massage room. It was clean, smelt nice, and staff were friendly. The massage I received was exactly what I needed. I asked for an 8 on pressure, which I will warn isn't for the light hearted but I needed to break up the pressure from constant lifting. So if that's your cup of tea then prepare. I appreciated that no minute was wasted, and that I was asked how I was doing. Great care, transparent pricing (was right with the averages around this area). We called for a last minute couple massage ($160), and they were able to accommodate our request for 2 female masseuses in a couple room. Massage Well is located inside a shared building but they have clear signs, making it easy to find the location on second floor. The one thing that we do not like - and this is true for all massage places - is mandatory tip, and they do that here. As of May 2024, it's $20 minimum for a 60 minutes massage. My husband loved his massage with Anna (I think) while I had a different experience. I'm not sure who I got, but this lady did not provide hard pressure like I requested and had no technique. For my specific massage, heat was a consistent theme which I did not enjoy. I know warm towels, hot stones, and hot oil are common in massage but everything this lady use was hotter than the usual temperature for these items. She also physically produced heat on legs by quickly rubbing me back and forth; luckily there was no chaffing, but I was confused on the purpose of this "technique". (My husband said his masseuse did not do that.) Not once did this lady ask if the pressure or temperature was okay. We got the last slot before closing so I feel she might have been tired and just wanted to go home. Because my husband and I had such differing experiences, I'm giving this place an average rating. read more
