The shop seems to be a sort of shambles, which is hard to understand since every time I've been in there they are all just standing around smoking cigarettes. Also, right now there is no Line-X product available due to shortage. You'd think they could use that leisure time to help the business... I spoke to John the manager on multiple occasions and he was always rude and made it obvious he didn't care or ever remember our prior conversations. He lost an appointment for more work I scheduled after my first job, and he actually had the nerve to tell me he didn't care it was lost because the work wasn't that important to them. I tried to reach out to the owner directly several times because John the manager's behavior was so offensive, and I couldn't believe they would act like that in the face of another $10K worth of work. But I just got the runaround games from him and was never able to reach the owner. Bill Young, if you own this business and care, do something! My advice: support a business that treats customers right. I'd rather drive all the way around the Kitsap Peninsula to give my money to another Line-X shop than tolerate this kind of ridiculousness.

After a quick test drive and inspection. I was told that it was the engine mounts, and perhaps my VTec solenoid might be on its way out. They use customer supplied parts, which is really a nice option. Most shops I go to do not (for good reason it can be a PIA). I had a front anti rock installed (CSP) and I had the wrong hardware, they corrected the hardware and the Jeep flexes out perfectly. They also replaced the front ball joints. Appreciated the quick service. Many shops have a hard time working with after market lifted and modified vehicles/parts. Khaotik did a great job for me. They understand 4x4s that work for a living.
