I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Update: will be going back in in Friday to have them completely dry out the interior and hopefully fully dry behind the button panels! Thank you guys for caring!

Because I sanded to metal and used Dupli-Color primer. They wanted 1300.00 for what was included in Preferred paint prep service extra. Truck was painted before by Maaco Preferred paint and 12 + hours labor. I've always heard good of Maaco but stuck now?

David was anxious to help, and had a mechanic well qualified so I brought it in. I have had many cars serviced by many places over the years but none has ever made such an effort to keep me informed every step of the way. Dylan, the mechanic did outstanding work, it's now running better than it ever has since I bought it In 2021, and amazingly well for a survivor car over 50 years old. Tyler was able to answer all my questions, filled me in on what to expect as far as the secondary inspection/quote was concerned, and was straightforward when I had questions about "worst case scenario" (if insurance didn't approve the repairs after receiving the updated repair quote). We ran into a delay due to parts not being available, which was frustrating, but overall I am very happy. I had low expectations, and didn't think there was any way a shop would be able to get my front end to line up, but it is IMMACULATE. The paint is smooth, the paint blend is perfect, the body pieces line up *perfectly*, the pinstriping even matches well - it blew my mind. These guys did great work.

***HONEST, FAST, QUALITY WORK!***…read more After a previous visit to the dealership where I purchased my truck with a complaint of smelling gas and being told my truck was fine, I had to bring it back leaking what I assumed was gas at that point. The dealership rep looks at my truck leaking and says, "yep... I can see it from here!" (no kidding, right?) They tell me it is not safe to drive, without an explanation, and that I should leave it there. Then I'm told that they won't look at it for 5 days until they can get it in!? I obviously decided to leave. On my way home I decided to take a chance on Hall-N-Sons. I've heard about them before with good recommendations, and I really needed my truck. I walk in, less than 2 minutes of explaining what happened, one of the guys in there says, "that's a big problem. I want to see it now. Give me your keys." Did I mention that this was 15 minutes till the shop closed?! They stop what they are doing, take it back, and 5 minutes later I've got an answer to what is happening with my truck and why it would become a flaming ball of death if I decided to continue to drive it, details of how long it will take to fix it, a low estimate for average work, and a high estimate for foreseeable problems. My truck was ready by 4pm on the day it was originally estimated to be completed, which I felt was very quick because I brought the truck in just before the weekend! The best part... the cost! I was expecting to pay the high estimate price, they did it so fast that it cost less than the low estimate! More than I'm willing to admit, I needed this! I had some problems at my house too (kitchen sink decided to explode under the sink, my wallet was already bleeding). For a company that I have only heard of once before.. I was completely blown away! The honesty to charge me for the actual time, not the expected/scheduled time... wow! My truck is running as good as the day I bought it! Thank you Hall-N-Sons! I went to Halls last summer to fix the wipers on my El camino. They installed two motors that were…read moredefective. The third one took them FOUR MONTHS to install. When I got the car back, the wiper motors worked but they wouldn't turn off. I took it back and they told me in so many word to "deal with it. I did. When I used my wipers I had to pop the hood and disconnect the wire to the motor. This week I had to use the wipers again for the first time since last fall. They didn't even work. I was angry and went to Halls to tell them what happened. They had new office staff and different mechanics. I asked the man at the counter if he could send a mechanic out to see if the wiper motor was dead. He refused. I told him they had the car for four months last year, so he went back and another mechanic came out and said I needed to be like anyone and make an appointment. I told him I was not asking them to fix it, just do a ten-second test to see if the motor was bad again. He refused, and I told him I could sue the business. He told me to leave, or he would call the police on me. I said it's not illegal to complain about poor service. You get the idea. I was a customer for years at this place. Avoid it like the plague, I'm a 79 year old disabled veteran, they took my money didn't fix my car, then gave me attitude when I was polite.
